Centrally located within easy reach of other towns in Cinque Terre. Modern, clean interior in renovated old building. Restaurants in Manarola were closed when we visited (February), and we had to rely on Co-op shop which were open for short periods for food and drinks. There were nice restaurants and markets in nearby Vernassa and Riomaggiore.

We spent 4 nights in the luxury room. It was absolutely wonderful- very clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. We loved having a private terrace! The building is very conveniently located close to the train station. Simone was helpful in providing information and very prompt in returning emails during the booking process. We enjoyed having a coffee and pastry each morning...

This is a very nice hotel, very clean, excellent location, and Simone, the operator, was extremely helpful. I would go back there in an instant. It has been totally remodeled in the last couple of years. The only negative I can mention is it doesn't have an elevator. We don't need an elevator so that was not a factor for...

We are a group of 4 adults. We decided to stay in Manarola which was, in our opinion, a great choice. The San Giorgio is in a great location just outside the tunnel from the railway station. You do not need to walk up the hill very far. Really just a few feet. This is neither a B&B or a...

The location was perfect, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, rooms were spotlessly clean although bed was a little firm for our liking, for three nights it was fine but I would highly recommend San Giorgio to anyone travelling to Manarola

Excellent choice! Affittacamere San Giorgio is perfectly situated in beautiful Manarola. It is just on the other side of the tunnel as you depart from the train so it provides very quick and easy access to the other Cinque Terre villages via train. It is also a very short walk to the water and the hiking trails. I stayed in...

Great location, very comfortable room and very reasonable. We had a pleasant surprise here with how modern and clean the rooms were. We enjoyed our two nights very much! Simone was very accommodating, knowledgable and helpful. Check in and out was very flexible, he gave us great recommendations on what to eat, where to hike and transportation. Definitely recommend!

This review is for the Affittacamere Hotel and the Giorgio Apartment, both owned by the lovely Simone. I stayed in the Hotel for my first night and the apartment for the next 3 as it was already booked for that night. The hotel was clean and well situated between the train station and the beach. Simone was so welcoming and...

Highly recommended, centrally located in the village with easy access to the train station. The accomodation has a modern, clean and fresh feel. We had a room overlooking the street ( pedestrians only) which was fantastic for being close to the buzz of the village. Noise was not an issue as all the rooms have sound proof windows for a...

My sister and I recently spent 4 nights here. We had a small "apartment " (no kitchenette) up on the 4th level. Spacious. A large terrace with a sea view and a balcony with a city view. There is no front desk here. You have to make arrangements to see Simone for check in etc. he is very helpful but...
