Casa Stucky was the perfect place to stay for our family of 7 for 5 nights. Our apartment upstairs ( no lift) was so comfortable for us with 2 bedrooms,a large living area & a well equipped kitchen to prepare some meals. Two bedrooms with their own bathrooms downstairs were also very comfortable for family members with a well supplied breakfast provided. Car parking space was always available out on the road as it is a very quiet one. Our 2 grandchildren appreciated the push bikes supplied for them to ride. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here & we all enjoyed it very much.Grazie Patrizia!
We had a wonderful time but it was to short. The B&B was located a few blocks from the main train station so you can walk if you want. The area is full of small towns that are lovely and easily reachable by train making the the location near the train station even more convient. The property was beautiful and well manicured. There was a place to sit outside and relax. The rooms were large, well appointed and CLEAN. Each morning breakfast is laid out by the owner and you have everything including homemade jam yumm. The owner was really friendly and always available, works in ceramics so all of the beautiful decorations around the property are made by her. We had a great time. Can’t wait to go back.
A great place to spend a night (or more)! Close to Undine citycenter. Very nice rooms, good bed and bathroom. Breakfast was good, coffee was great. A safe place to park our bicycles. We were given a great tip for dinner! A very nice garden. In short, nothing else to wish for.
A lovely house with a beautiful garden in a quiet area of Udine. We thought it really good value for money and enjoyed our stay. Parking in the cul de sac street is easy and access to the town is easy on foot or by bike.
I found this place through Trip Advisor, and booked a stay of 2 rooms for 5 nights for early May. We traveled with our (senior aged) parents. The place is just great: very nice and super clean (non-smoking) rooms, each with a private bathroom, a fantastic garden which is very well maintained. The garden has tables and seats available for the guests, and a pergola for the hot or rainy moments. There is no on-site parking, but there is more than enough (free) parking on the street in front of the B&B. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the center of the city of Udini and the restaurants. Patricia, the owner, is a SUPER host: very friendly and very helpful to give advise on what to do/see in the area. She makes you feel very welcome in her house. Knowledge of English is a bit limited, but this was not a problem for me as I speak Italian. In the morning, she takes care of a great breakfast with 5 sorts of home made marmalade, several sorts of fresh bread, cheeses and ham, all super fresh. Sweet cakes and yogurt are also available. Of course, a nice cappuccino or regular coffee is served too. Patricia is a ceramic artist, and her nice work can be admired throughout the house and garden... In short, a GREAT accommodation with a GREAT HOST for a FAIR price.…
