The location is great - very central and a short walk from anywhere in the centre. The rooms have different sizes, but all comfortable for this level of hotel and very clean. They offer daily cleaning though the change of bed sheets and towels is only every 5 days which was fine for us. For extra charges you can request the change of towels and bedsheets if needed. The breakfast was very simple, but this is what they clearly write, and it was a good value for money. They provide a voucher for 15% discount at the underground parking that was big, convenient and very cheap. The parking was a little bit farther than we expected though it was not a problem for us, but to reach the hotel you need to walk through some stairs, near to the hotel the parking is almost impossible. As the hotel is very central it has some bars around and during the night it may be very noisy during the weekend if you wish to sleep with open windows - closing windows helps a lot though.…
A great little hotel, tucked away on a little alley, but only a five minute walk to the main plaza. The rooms are very modern, and spacious, and have a lovely feel. The owner is great, very helpful, and knowledgeable. The breakfast is a lovely continental one. Would highly recommend.
This small hotel (around 10 rooms) is very nice, clean, in a great location and with super-friendly staff. Rooms are spacious (double room superior), modern, with AC, super-clean, bed very comfi. Breakfast is Italian-style (no eggs or ham or similar), but the croissants, cappuccino, bread etc. were of excellent quality. It has only one star because there is no 24/7 reception and no continental breakfast, but it's comparable to any good 3- or 4-star hotel. Prices are reasonable!
Spent one day in Trieste (btw lovely city) and stayed here at the hotel All’Arco. Room was as spacious as the one we had in a fancy hotel in Vicenza the night before, the hotel is perfectly located and very peaceful. Breakfast could be improved but there is plenty of nice cafes in town so you can easily get an extra breakfast. The guys at the reception were very helpful and ready to give suggesting. 100% recommended
This hotel is small & in a very nice location walking distance of the waterfront. The staff is friendly & helpful. They allow you to store your luggage outside check-in check-out hours. Rooms are immaculate. Beds are comfortable. There is an back entrance so you don’t have to enter /exit the lobby.
Hotel all arco is situated in a quiet area in the «Old town» of Trieste, has only 11 rooms, so it is quite small. Rooms are big with AC, great when temperature outside is 35 Celsius!!! If ordered in advance you can have a small and sweet breakfast in the lobby. Hotel close the door at 21.00 so you must check in before that! Several bars and restaurantes within walkin distance.
Nice place upstairs the cathedral, beautiful atmosphere. Careful receptionist. Hotel is very close to the center. I liked morning croissants) A little bit strange layout in room because of building form. But very clean; good WiFi. Trieste is nice typical Italian town.
The hotel sits in a great location, though it's not too easy to get there by car/taxi from the train station. Because of the large pedestrian-only area near the hotel, cars have to take an out-of-the-way route and must approach the hotel from the north. Our room was a bit on the small side, but adequate. The bed was comfortable. All the staff members were very friendly and always willing to help us with information about restaurants, shopping, and getting around. My only complaint about our stay is the location of our room. Our room door opened onto the hotel lobby, immediately adjacent to the front desk. A modest breakfast (4 euro per person) is served in the small lobby and we could clearly hear every sound and word from the desk staff and the guests in the lobby. I would stay here again, but I would definitely request a room that does not open onto the lobby.…
This small hotel not attached to a chain was really well located in Trieste. The receptionist was really friendly and indicated us lots of things to see. The spacious room had a cosy and modern style. The parking is really close to the hotel. The hotel is located in a typical building in a quiet street.
we were accommodated for 1 night in an apartment, managed by the hotel, very close. while the apartment was relatively small for 3 persons and with less sunlight, it was perfectly located and with reasonable furniture. it was a positive experience for us, staff was friendly, WiFi fast and effective
