Bed and breakfast as it should be!!! I stayed for two nights and now i know that if i will ever return to Ravenna this is the place where i will stay. Michael, the owner, is very polite and friendly and always available to assist you. M Club is one of the best hotels ever stayed in… It is 100% recommended!

There is a good reason why this is the top-rated place to stay in Ravenna. The rooms are comfortable, modern and beautifully decorated, and the location is ideal. They serve a really good breakfast and the owner is helpful with restaurant reservations and other information. The building has been owned by the same family for a long time. Highly recommended.

M-Club has a range and quality of comforts that are extremely rare in Italian B&Bs. We stayed in the attic room and had a sparkling bathroom with plenty of hot water (and bar soap!), electric velux windows and blinds, fast free reliable wifi, a room safe, a bar fridge and two flat screen tvs with 100+ channels. I would have swapped at least one of the tvs for a coffee machine, though. The room is serviced daily - this should go without saying but cannot be taken for granted in Italy. The host, Michael, is helpful and available. There is very secure parking available onsite at extra cost on a limited pre-booked basis. It’s fine for a decent-sized car if you’re going to park for the duration of your stay but access is too tricky for frequent use. At the time of writing, there is construction next door but we weren’t bothered by noise etc. Lunch/dinner options in the area are currently limited by covid restrictions. We would recommend nearby Retro’ Spirit which, oddly, isn’t on TripAdvisor.

We booked a family room for four, which is made of two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The rooms are beautifully furnished (the master bedroom, called red room, according to an Asian theme, the boys’ room, called blue room, with marine subjects), under the roof with beautiful, old wooden roof beams. Despite being immediately under the roof, the rooms were pleasantly warm in December. Everything was squeaky clean, the rooms were provided with bathrobes and enough towels. The breakfast room is a little gem in itself, reminding a bit of an English cottage. Breakfast follows Italian tradition, being a continental breakfast. People used to English breakfast may find it light, but when in Rome, do like the Roman... Ravenna cuisine is very filling and I would be surprised that anyone has room for breakfast after dining there. Contrary to other reviews perhaps, I have found the staff very friendly, never intrusive but warm enough and attentive to every request. I can honestly recommend this place to everyone and I would certainly come back if I head for Ravenna again.
