Located near the highway and also easy to walk to the town about 20 mins The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful The breakfast was satisfactory having considered the room rate. However it would be nicer if the room is able to be provided the electric water kettle especially during winter
Very basic hotel. Upon arrival you see that the hotel clearly needs maintenance- they put a small sign on the hotel partly covering an older larger sign. It has a small lobby and counter inside and a seperated breakfast area. Breakfast is simple and without large choice. My room was on the ground floor. A very very basic room with a bathroom for disabled but you could not use if you were in a wheelchair as parts of railing is taped and tears off when using it (rails on shower door for example). The one window can only open full which you dont want as its on ground floor and people could easily climb in.
Walked in to check-in, in the evening last week only to be told very matter of factly that my reservation had been cancelled, without an apology or any concern whatsoever. What followed was justification by the lady at check-in for the cancellation saying that they had sent a cancellation message days ago (even though my booking was around 2 weeks back), and it seems they had sent a cancellation email, only problem was that it was sent to a random email address, how they got that email address, no one knows? Furthermore, when I showed them my hotel booking confirmation number and asked the lady how they could cancel a confirmed booking, there was a shrug of shoulders and that was that - their staff need some serious training on the basics of customer service and I still don't understand how a confirmed booking can be randomly cancelled - shocking experience??!!…
It was very calm in Aggie place for me the young girl who was in the reception was very friendly and cheerful the breakfast was ok but the covers on the bed are bad with bad material not good for sleeping and my friends toilets were not working properly
Stayed here for 3 nights and had a good stay. Just a short taxi ride from the station, this is a smaller, more traditional hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very fairly priced, I would have no hesitation in staying here again.
