Great location, lovely staff. Some rooms outdated but always clean. 24hour reception. No car parking on site but one not too far away. Perfect for wine bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast till 10am and checkout at 11.

This hotel is a perfect downtown location. A bit quirky. My sister and I had a room with three beds. Bathroom was nice. Everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast buffet was limited, but did have a pancake maker.

We chose this hotel for its situation at the centre of the city, very close to many of the sights that we wanted to see. The picture of the hotel gave me the impression that this was going to be an awful hotel. However, to my surprise this turned out to be completely false. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom with basic toiletries. The breakfast was also good with a large assortment of cold meats as well as cakes. The staff were friendly and there is a lift to the various floors. Would have no hesitation returning to it as we found it good value for money.

The hotel lies in the very middle of the main centres of interest in town. In general the hall and the other common zones are better looking than rooms. Staff is available and kind, allowed us to have breakfast for free despite being later than breakfast time. Recommended if you're not after flashy rooms.

Hotel Button is in a grand old building in the heart of downtown. Inside it is recently renovated, sparkling clean, functional but lackluster. The rooms are comfortable, but pretty much four white walls. The place is family-owned and the staff is very welcoming. The included breakfast is more than ample. As for location, it is right downtown, steps away from dozens of restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops. All in all, it's a good place to stay in Parma, but you won't be sending photos and rave reviews back home.
