Bologna Inn is a recent structure with 6 rooms.They are all situated at the 7th floor of a residential building near the historic center. Its Also near to the railway station and the VIII Agosto, San Francesco and Maggiore square. This makes Bologna Inn the ideal place for visitors who would like to stay comfortably in the city. The Arena theater del Sole, the municipal, the film library and the Moma are easy to get to by foot. A couple of Km's seperate the building from the fair district. The structure has 4 double rooms and also two more larger rooms with a sofa or additional bed. Sober, they open with an electrical card. On the first floor there is a condominium doorman (also at night) and video surveillance system which makes this structure comfortable and safe . Practicality and comfort characterizes Bologna Inn,each room has air conditioning, double Windows, safe deposit box, fridge bar, icd television, desk, free Wi-Fi and hairdryer. The double rooms and one of the bigger rooms also has a private terrace with a beautiful view of the city. A continental breakfast is served every morning at the tables

Well equipped rooms, with comfortable matresses and plenty of space. The staff was very kind and friendly, the location great and breakfast was adequate. Definitely a value for money option and I would absolutely recommend it.

Comfortable bed and breakfast in central location. Friendly staff and good breakfast. We were more comfortable than in most hotels. Was worried about there not being staff after 6 pm but it worked great. Our room had a broken fridge that they changed the same day, We would love to stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on a weekend getaway. Our room was immaculately clean, the bed very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower hot and strong (I hate weak showers), and having the option to have our breakfast delivered to our room was a terrific perk. The hotel is centrally located and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a checkout time of 10:30, but our train back to Florence did not leave till 5pm, and Giovanni, our host, kindly let us leave our bags so we could spend the day exploring the city. Reasonably priced, very good value.

I only stayed for 2 nights. Let me begin with the good parts The location is good not far from the center and the area is safe, the R&B is located in a commercial building on the 7th floor. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They go the extra mile for your convenience. When I first arrived to the room the heat was on and it was extremely hot that day. So I asked the staff to set it to cooling. First they said from 15th of October no A/C is available and they can’t change it just for my room. Then the rep called his manager and asked what can be done. The manager came within an hour and set the A/C to cool. For this i’m very grateful. Also when I was looking for advice or recommendations about restaurants and what to do in the city I was answered kindly. The Breakfast was good and plentiful and if you ask for extras they give you. It’s a big continental breakfast with fruits. The not so good parts is the thin walls you could hear everything from the adjacent rooms. Even when they use the faucet the toilets walking and talking in the room. This woke me up at night several times. Also the breakfast area is small right at the entrance so you’re having breakfast while people check in/out. Theres an option to have it in your room that’s the option I chose the next day. Nice place and great staff if you’re looking for a fare price and good location and don’t mind privacy, then go ahead and book. …

Excellent from start to finish! Nice spacious clean room, large bathroom with a great shower. Have to mention the bed and pillows, one of the comfiest I have ever slept on! Location good, 10 minutes either way to Railway station and City centre, both pleasant flat walks. Barbara who met us was lovely and friendly, making it a homely atmosphere! Breakfast delivered to our room was very nice with great cappuccino! It's located on the 7th floor of an office building, there is a concierge always on shift when you go in to direct you etc..Only stayed the one night, but would have quite happily stayed longer in different circumstances! Highly Recommended.

While in a slightly strange building (you will think it’s an office building), once inside you are welcomed by a very pleasant staff who are sincerely interested in making your stay enjoyable. Rooms are large, as are bathrooms, and the space is very clean. It’s a bit of an unusual set up, with reception right outside the rooms, but with only a few rooms, you really don’t get much noise. The location is not beautiful, but really is just a couple minutes walk from the old town, which gets very loud and busy, so it’s actually better to be a slight bit away. Parking is at a private garage around the corner, and is $20 euro a day, but be mindful of the garages strange pricing schedule, as you are billed another day after 1 pm, regardless of when you came in. The Bologna Inn is a good value and is great for the budget traveler.…

I recommend this place is you visit Bologna. It’s very well located, rooms are tidy, clean, comfortable. The bed was the best bed in all our holidays, we loved it! Staff were very friendly too. For breakfast, you leave a note the night before and the bring it to your room. It’s fantastic!

I am a frequent traveler and I stay in many 4-5* hotels. Giovanni was working at this hotel at the time we checked in and I must say he provided us with 5* service all way round. It is complicated to park in Bologna, but since we parked prior to coming to the hotel, he walked with us 3 blocks to make sure our car was parked legally and since it wasn't he help us get the proper permit, contact the police and do all the paper work. When our parking meeter ate 6 Euros, he called the company and even got us our money back. I must say Giovannis service and attention to our needs was way beyond any 5* hotel I have ever stayed in. I thought he is the owner but when I asked him he said he just works there. Thank you Giovanni! The rooms in the hotel were extremely clean, beutiful, modern, safe, wifi, balcony, great beds. Easy access, perfect location - right in downtown. The breakfast was fantastic (in room for no additional charge). Fresh fruit, yoghurt, coffee, juice, bread, ham, cheese. It was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for its incredible service and also for excellent, clean and modern rooms. …

Super friendly and professional staff made sure that our seven night stay in Bologna was better than we had expected.
