Good apartment. But definitely, need to change the mattress from the bedroom. In rest amazing! About 15 minutes away from the city center, there were a number of cafes and restaurants close. Thank you!

This is an apart hotel & residence mixture hotel. If you are going participate or visite the exhibition of Fiera Bologna it is really very good located. Just 5-6 min walking distence from the exhibition center of Bologna. The rooms are big enough with 3 beds. But the beds are very small and don't turn too much ... The kitchen is good and the bathroom is very small. For visiting the center there is a bus station in front of the hotel. For dinner there is not too much choice arround.. If you have a touristical visit to Bologna maybe it is not a good choice but for the exhibition it is ideal...

We stayed for one night with a party of three in a room facing the street. This is a serviced apartment and not a hotel, which we did not expect, but worked for us well. It is really large with a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. Everything is in one big room, except the bathroom, which by the way has also a decent size. They offered underground parking and wifi. For the wifi you had to get login and password from the housekeeper. Bus 28 has a stop in front of the building. It runs till 8:40 pm four to five times an hour. After that you can take a taxi from the city center for about 10 EUR back to the Appartement. The restaurant next door had pizza, pasta, meat and quite a selection of fresh fish. Nothing special but ok. The only two things I disliked was that the beds were fairly hard and despite us closing the windows tight and lowering the shutters the noise from the street especially from the busses was apparent. I must admit I am a bit sensitive to noise. Value for money was really good given the size of the apartment. 4 stars only because of the noise.

We stayed here for 5 nights and this was one of our most comfortable serviced apartments on our trip. Despite being about 15 minutes away from the city centre, there were a number of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity and not forgetting the supermarket about 10 minutes walk away. A special mention for Giovanni who was ever so charming and helpful. Despite not being able to speak in English, he managed to give us information about buses, book a taxi and explain the route to the supermarket/pharmacy. The housekeeping staff did a good job of cleaning our rooms each day. The rooms were equipped with electronic devices like microwave, kettle, a fridge, hair dryer, dishwasher (including the dish washing liquid and scrub). Iron and ironing board was available on request. Shower gels were provided. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and any other toiletries you would need. Wi fi access was quite good. The rooms were quite pricey due to the trade show at the fair, however it was worth it as my husband just had to walk across the park and reach the show.
