We decided to add Bologna to our trip to Italy and a friend recommended this place. Friendly, clean and a dynamite location near everything in Bologna. Would definitely stay again. The owner is always ready with great dinner recommendations. Near all sites.

We stayed in the B&B for three nights. Taxi from airport was only 18 euros and took only 15 minutes. Great location, 10 minutes walk from central Bologna and close to the best ice cream shop in Italy! Our room faced the street but was quiet and away from the kitchen. It was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great,... More

This B&B is conveniently situated on Via Santo Stefano, in a nice area just a few minutes walk from the historic centre of Bologna. It only has three bedrooms, all en-suite, and it is very nicely and immaculately decorated and stylishly furnished. Our room had a really comfortable king-sized bed (not two singles pushed together) and overlooked the central courtyard... More

Stunning b&b in a very grand building few minutes from the city centre. The property inside is just as grand as the rest of the building and so beautifully decorated. The rooms are big and spacious and yet again immaculately decorated and with great attention to every detail. The bathroom is clean and with plenty of amenities. It all felt... More

The rooms are very spacious and there is a nice lounge where breakfast is served. The breakfast was good, with lots of fresh fruit. The location of the B&B is very good, just about 10 minutes away from the city center. The staff was very helpful and all together we can really recommend this location.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location, only ten minutes from the centre. The bedroom is huge with a nice en suite and the lounge/diner is comfortable too. Breakfast is great value and Giovani is a lovely host. I highly recommend this place.

Central yet quiet place. The staff were very helpful, the place was very clean, organised and well lit. There are a couple of restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the area. The city center is very close and the price was good.

Big apartment with lounge / dining area, modern kitchen with all the utilities you need including a nice big fridge and freezer to ice up your drinks. Bedroom area is spacious enough with large bed, shelves and cupboards for your clothes. Bathroom big enough although can be tricky manoeuvring the hand held shower head in the bath/shower. Excellent location 6... More

The location is nice! Quiet but walking distance to the main plaza and to many nice restaurants. Very close to a good gelato place, cremeria santo stefano! I stayed in one of their apartment rooms as the B&B is full. It's big! With a receiving area, dining room, and kitchen! Toilet is very spacious and the bed is big for... More

Can't believe how lucky we were to find this B&B, located a straight, 8 minute walk from the center of Bologna. There are only three rooms in this modern, clean, fourth floor location with beautiful views over the city's roofs. Our room overlooked the building's courtyard with a lovely fountain. It was large and bright. The bathroom was huge with... More
