Wonderful location, smack in the center, in a nice shopping street, closed to traffic. the hotel will arrange the permit to get to there with the car and then valet park it outside the pedestrian area (included in the price!). the room was wonderful, the bed even better... i was there only one night and regretted to leave. I had...

We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but the hotel staff did not make us feel welcome. Lobby areas are large and somewhat elegant, but room was small. Bed was poor. Alley noise very loud. We found a hotel around the corner and moved.

Great location, and wonderful "5-star" service. My parents and I showed up on a Fri afternoon with no reservations (in November). They set us up with a single and double adjacent rooms and very resonably priced parking. The gentleman at reception was extremely friendly and full of advice on where to go eat, have a drink, etc. We were late...

We turned up at this hotel in the evening and got a good deal on the room rate and valet parking. Our room was big, clean and a good sized bathroom. Nothing to complain about. The Rough Guide says the decor is kitschy - I can see why, but we liked it as it was different from the same old...

The service was fine at the Hotel Roma, but the noise from the alley below was too loud - even with earplugs. The chambermaids began cleaning adjacent rooms at 9 AM - also quite loudly. The location is perfect, however.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Roma for 3 days in October. It was great, and a wonderful value. The location could not be better, the room was lovely (on the third floor with a balcony) and the staff was very helpful. We recommend it without reservation.

A wonderful, spacious hotel with a wonderful elegant restaurant connected. This hotel is a great buy for what you receive. Rooms are large, some with great views and some with mediocure ones. IF you choose to stay here try to request the upper floor to increase your chances of a view over the city. They also have a parking area...

Perfect location with pretty, often very floral, rooms - some very small, as seems to be the norm in Italian cities. Book well in advance as it is often full.

The hotel is at the perfect location, just a few steps away from the beautiful Piazza Maggiore, and in the area where no cars are allowed. From here you can walk the entire city centre. So far I have stayed here 3 times and it was always pleasant. It is not a luxurious hotel, but good value for money. The...

Hotel Roma is in a great location -- on a nice street with shops and restaurants, only open to foot traffic, and just a block and a half from the main Piazza Maggiore. The hotel itself was O.K. The first night, we were put into a "suite" on the first floor even though we reserved a double room, and we...
