100 meters from the busy Piazza Maggiore, located on a quiet side street. Perfect location for a tour of Bologna. There is an elevator. Good but small room with double bed; small, well-appointed bathroom with a shower stall! ++ The osteria (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be reached from inside the hotel.

Extremely helpful staff - set up airport pick up, restaurant reservations, called taxis, assisted with train reservations and complimentary luggage storage. Perfect location to walk to tourist spots and restaurants. Great free specialty coffee available 24/7 in lobby. Small but very comfortable room

We stayed here in August 2016 for 5 days. The hotel is in a great location for tourists wishing to visit the main sites. The room is clean but very basic. It feels budget and looks tired and the bed was uncomfortable. There is a small kitchen and living room, it feels a bit like a studio flat. I would...

We travelled to the Al Cappello Rosso for a joint sixtieth birthday treat. The hotel is just lovely and position wise it could not be better. It is up a small side street just off the Piazza Maggiore and so within a few steps you are right in the centre of Bologna with its fabulous food market. The staff are...

The location is ideal, the staff outstanding. We don't even consider staying anywhere else when we go to Bologna. We also took advantage of the city tour during one visit. That was also a wonderful treat. The breakfast is wonderful. The rooms completely suit our style. Can't wait to return again.

Excellent value for money in the very heart of Bologna historical center, just meters away of Piazza Maggiore. Despite of being so centrally located, close to so many wonderful restaurants and all the famous landmarks, the night sleep was not disturbed by any outside noise. Room was spotlessly clean and most important - the bed was very comfortable. All toiletries...

Staff went out of their way to be helpful, in just about everything. Centrally located close to the main square, and although we only ate breakfast there it was good. Disappointed with the size of our room. As a four star hotel we'd expect the room size to be more generous.

Really nice boutique hotel just off the Piazza Maggiore. Location therefore perfect as a base for the city. Hotel service was fine. Rooms are a little on the small side, but that is a reflection of building and location - this is not a chain hotel. Some rooms are themed which adds a talking point over dinner. The rooms are...

Very nice hotel with a great location. Room was nice, not that big but everything worked. Wifi was good and safe-box was free. Good restaurant downstairs. Taxi from airport was 20 e. Location was excellent. Staff also nice. Would stay again.
