The lady at check in was very helpful and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. We stayed in an apartment which was big and comfortable. Location is perfect, less than 10 mins walk to the main square and walking distance to the train station and airport bus. Would definitely stay again. There is hand sanitiser at all the entrances and the room felt clean.

We received a very warm and friendly welcome from reception upon our arrival. A cup of coffee was much appreciated whilst our double room was being made available to us. The compact room was comfortably furnished with all the fittings one would expect of a family run 3 star hotel. The bathroom was clean and functional, the shower worked well and the complimentary toiletries were much appreciated. The small breakfast room provided a varied selection of options for continental breakfast incl cereals, rolls, cakes, etc together with coffee/tea and fruit juices. This hotel is centrally placed and within walking distance of the main square and other major sights. The main railway station is a 15minute walk away. We would stay here again on a future visit to the city.

We spent one night here in rainy November - they couldn't have been friendlier and more accommodating. A great welcome, very central, clean, cosy and comfortable. Good breakfast too. Highly recommend.

We stayed only one night but were overwheed by the helpfulness and frindliness of staff - the room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom as well - nicely located near the student district and the Piazza Maggiore

The room was VERY small, clean, and the A/C didn't work that well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and walking distance from the train station.
