The reviews on this page seem to apply to two different establishments, the self-catering flats at Via Collegio di Spagna, and the 'Bologna mini-loft' which is run by the same company, but is at a different location. We stayed in one of the apartments in Via Collegio di Spagna. The location is good for the historic center, and the owner...

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the apartment was equipped with everything necessary for our stay. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and plates. It has an own heating system, which keeps it warm, although with occassional stops for few hours. Although small, the apartment is very practique, with an artistic touch. It has a strategic location:...

We were surprised that we got such a great place for that price. It is big, clean and in a great location. And Donatella is very nice:) We had a wonderful time there and that is a place that we are going to visit again.

We did not know what to expect. The manager who was wonderful met us at the door with keys and instructions. The apartment was very attractive, roomy, and well located. We were within walking distance of all major attractions. We took a taxi to the apartment from the train station. The only drawback is that you should be able to...

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful studio. It is refurbished in a design style, though it is in an old palazzo. I admired each night the ceiling, which is just above your head when you sleep. Don’t be afraid of being claustrophobic: the room is so high, that you don’t have to bend when you are in the...

We very much enjoyed our week at Residenza Collegio di Spagna. The location is excellent, in walking distance to everything, probably only 5-10 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. (Walking to the train station only took us 25 minutes.) The street, Via Collegio di Spagna, and the street that it turns into, Via Saragozza, have everything you need – bars for...

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Dona's miniloft in Bologna, and it was such a phenominal space that we extended our stay. The location was walkable to everything in the ehar tof the city. The space was spotless, and well apointed. My wife particularly loved the curved fresco'd ceiling. What a grand space to stay while in Bologna!

The Miniloft is small but has everything you need - double bed upstairs (frescoed ceiling), shower, kitchen and living room downstairs plus wireless and wired internet connection. 5 minutes walk from the 2 Towers and town centre, shops, bars and restaurants close by.
