We were a family of 5 adults and one child visiting From Canada. We had three rooms. The apartment on the upper floor was the best. It was very spacious and comfortable, super clean . The owner was very helpful. I forgot my bag coming from the airport and she was able to track it down for me. The beds were very comfortable and everything exceeded our expectations.

Stayed here in December and had a wonderful time. The room was very large, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay in Bologna. Perfect location close to the city center and walkable to everything we wanted to see! We ended up having to come a day late due to travel issues and they were very understanding and didn't charge us for the night we missed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed 14 days in November. The staff was wonderful and friendly!!! Great location in the middle of town. The breakfast was tasty everyday. The rooms were very clean and updated. I cant say enough about the hospitality of the staff, Lia and the front desk were there for everything I needed.

Everything was great! Comfortable rooms, sparkling clean, great location, excellent breakfast! They had even taken care of our checkin on a late Sunday evening and they prepared a breakfast bag for us to tak on our flight because we would miss the final breakfast. Recommended 100%

A short walk from Piazza Maggiore and a nice place to stay! Our room was in a cluster around a kitchen/dining area. The room was nothing special, but it was roomy enough, clean and comfortable (furnished ok) with good WiFi. Breakfast was available in the dining area - a nice selection of buffet items. The kitchen area made coffee and tea available at all times, and there was a frig and microwave that one could use. There were laundry facilities in the basement (but no dryer; it was apparently recently removed when it broke). Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Overall a nice, convenient place, if nothing fancy. There’s an elevator as well.

Almarossa has new modern and spacious apartments with all the necessities for a short or long stay. The apt had windows with street views and well equipped kitchen. Location wise, it is a 10-minute walk to the city center. There are some coffee shops for a morning espresso.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much in a (superior) apartment on the 3rd floor. It was spacious and clean with laundry facilities in the basement. We had a small balcony facing the interior courtyard and were able to sleep with the window open, which was lovely. The location was excellent, a 15 min walk from the train station. Almarossa is a well run place. The staff were friendly and professional. We hope to return, thank you

Very good apartments,extremely clean, brand new furniture. Excellent service, friendly and very helpful staff, very good location. Suitable for single visitors, or even family. Good , delicious breakfast and tasty coffee. I was staying there 4 times and if I will have to come back - I really would like to stay in the same place. I came late on Sundays, and every time there were no problem for self service check-in.Grazie Stefano !!

Had a great stay for 4 nights. Great amount of space, laundry facilities available and an easy stroll to the university and to walk to the sights. Local mini supermarket a couple of doors away - good range of supplies including fresh fruit, salads and pre-prepared meals if you feel like staying in (but better to try some of the local restaurants). Staff terrific. May need to walk to the station for a taxi to the airport if you are leaving on a Sunday, but that was fine and a quick easy walk on the flat. Would definitely stay there again.
