This is a 4 star hotel?? Our bathroom was filthy. I can see that the bathroom floor has never been mopped. Makes me wonder what else wasn't cleaned. The hotel offered free parking which is nice and it's walking distance to lots of food places and bus stops.

We visited Rome recently as part of a value travel package and stayed at the Cardinal Hotel St. Peter. As part of the value package the hotel far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a balcony from which you could see St. Peter's basilica to the north. The hotel breakfast was adequate, with a selection of...

The good things: the staff is very helpful and nice! The room was clean and the bed very comfy! Location is ok and quiet. On the down side: The pool area needs a PROPER clean up. The floor and chairs are dirty. The brekfast needs some love and tender (for a sweed like me) The breakfast-coffee was a discrase for...

We stayed here with a group for 3 nights. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was not very impressive. It is close to public transportation, about 1 block walk from the bus stop to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants around. It is quite a distance to downtown. Room rate was reasonable. Staff was not that friendly.

I came with a group to stay here for two nights. It is not in the middle of the city. It is about an 11 euro cab ride from Piazza Navona. My room was large and comfortable with a large tub/shower. There is also a roof deck and and outdoor pool. There is a nice bar area, but the bartenders...

Clean rooms, 4. Decent breakfast, Minuses: 1. Not so helpful staff (however we think that's the culture in Rome overall.. They don't do...

The Cardinal Hotel StPeter markets itself as a 4 star luxury resort. That is too much credit, maybe it was a 4 star resort in the 80s, but nowadays you can compare it with a Days Inn. The staff has limited english language skills. The rooms are dark en very basic. The breakfast buffet is standard and the quality of...

Tripadvisor rates this facility at a four but it must be a four out of ten!!!!! The staff here is NOT very accommodating to ANY of their clients and seemed to care less. They are almost rude especially the main older gentleman at the desk and most of the staff. The only welcoming person was a young gentleman working the...
