The hotel is located right next to Termini, a transportation hub in Rome. From Termini, one can take not only the metro and rails but also buses. Many places in Rome are more convenient to reach by bus rather than metro. There is also a small supermarket in the basement of the Termini (which is very helpful for buying water as well as simple breakfast if you don't want to take the hotel's breakfast). The mattress is firm, and the room is quiet (facing the bus terminals).
I really want thank very much all the staff at this great hotel Amazing service and proactive staff from the porters to the housekeepers, reception to Breakfast staff and the customer care staff to the the management I will decently pass again Grazie NH hotel piazza dei cinquecento Grazie
Fabulous hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Great location, near the train station and hop on hop bus right outside the door. The room were really spacious and clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent.
Close to the public transportation and safe in the area. It's easy to visit all attractions from this hotel. And you can ask reception to call a cab that picks you up right in front of the property without any confusion. Perfect hotel service and always has a great price for the stay. My only love in Rome!
Hotel is in a great location, central to everything you could possibly want to visit and being a stones throw away from the termini which in itself has all the amenities you could want. Hotel is lovely, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Our room was lovely, large and had a smashing bathroom to match. The bed was huge and so so comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful
Just perfect for conference…location, staff and food exceptional! I’ve been there for a staff meting of 25 people, the staff is so kind, flexible and prepared to host global teams. I want to thank Irene, she was taking care of every request we made, trying to quickly find a solution to satisfy us! The location is just perfect for people that arrives in Rome travelling from all over the world because it’s just out the Rome Termini station and the rooms are big enough and NEW ☺️! The continental breakfast has everything you could like and there is also a bar that serves nice cocktails and drinks! If you want to impress your customers or your team just invite them to stay in this wonderful place in Rome!!
Pros - Great location - Friendly and helpful staff - Really versatile and delicious breakfast - plenty of supermarkets around - modern specious bedroom got free coffees and fancy TV Cons - No flat or wide path to pull your luggage - walk/shop the surrounding neighborhood has to be cautious - the sound insulation is not great I.e. easily to hear squeaking chair sound from up stairs or drunk people shouting outside - due to hotel’s energy policy, room heater is nearly useless; for my case, bathroom is even warmer than bedroom Conclusion: 7.5/10 If you seek a great spot to stay and this hotel meets your budget, I’d still recommend you give it a shot.
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location (300m walk from the train station) and right next to the main bus hub for Rome. Shuttle bus from FCO drops off and collects from the train station so you are right at the hotel when you arrive from FCO. Rome main tourist attractions are within walking distance. Buffet breakfast was beautiful and plenty of food. The building itself is stunning. We didn't have dinner/lunch here because we were out and about during the day but no doubt it was also yummy. I cannot find a fault. We didn't try the spa but this gives us an excuse to return 😎. Well done to all the friendly helpful staff. All the staff were attentive and helpful. We will be back for the stunning rooftop view! Beimid ar ais!!!
The hotel with a long name is located right next to the Roma Termini (main train station). The facilities are quite modern and so is the decor unlike other Rome hotels. There is not a spa inside, but the friendly staff (e.g. Nice or Marta) can schedule you something at their nearby sister hotel. Other than that, the location is excellent as it is on the outskirts of the main tourist attractions and it is a bit quieter, but located at a major transit hub for the train from the airport and intercity trains (as well as taxis, buses, and streetcars). My wife and I stayed here twice at the beginning and end of our Italian adventure and we'd certainly stay here again.
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and we couldn't be happier about the service received. The suite was excellent and staff couldn't be more helpful and kind! Elviro Damiani in particular was exceptional, he shines in his role and really made our experience that much better. We'll definitely be back.
