Absolutely beautiful, clean hotel, spa facilities were amazing, breakfast options fantastic, the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond with leaving a cake in our room for our birthday. Hotel is a bit further out from the centre of Rome but frequent shuttles at a small price made it super easy
Stunning hotel, beautiful views and outstanding facilities! Shuttle bus was convieient but there’s a bus stop a 5 minute walk that takes you right into the centre every 10/20 minutes. Spa was so relaxing and the facilities were stunning. It’s a shame the outdoor pool was closed for winter as my son was so eager to get in. The gardens overlooking the hotel are amazing. Breakfast has a lot of variety but more continental.
We had a wonderful stay, quiet and peaceful just a short distance outside the city. Breakfast really good with plenty to choose from. The restaurant was large and noisy though so we preferred to eat outside on the patio. Room very nice clean and functional. Lovely towels bathrobes and slippers. Minibar is free with two cans of soda, a bottle of water and some snacks all replenished every day. We did not use the bar, pool or spa so cannot comment. Easy to get into the city centre. Turn right out of the hotel and walk five minutes down the hill to the bus stop. You will see a large newsstand where you can buy bus tickets for one day, two day three day or four day. Make sure you get your ticket stamped in the machine on the bus. Take bus H it will drop you at Piazza Venezia (Victor Emmanuel Monument) or stay on until it ends at Termini Station. Just five minutes up the hill from the newsstand I mentioned earlier is nice restaurant we used the first night which was really nice. Just further along on the same side is the PAM supermarket where you can take stuff back. …
The hotel is nice , practical and with all services , restaurant and bar inside , is very good for congress , meeting with a lot of people , service is kind . The hotel offer one transfer for city centre the price is 5 euros and other services for airport the prices is 15 euros , the hotel is a little far from center .
Had a great time, stuff was very helpful, hotel just great and clean. 20 min from center surrounded by trees was exactly what we needed!!! Spa was beautiful and much needed after a full day of sightseeing! Cant wait to get back there!!
This hotel is very good, the food, spa, svimming pool etc. It was very clean. Little bit far from the city center but ok, taxi to St. Peter's for example around 30 euros But the staff at the reception was very rude, but not everyone. Horrible answer and attitude. I take it down for one star for that.
This hotel is so beautiful and clean, they have a very friendly helpful staff and a shuttle to take you to the center for 5€ if it was available because you have to book it in advance, if not they would ask for a taxi for you
I booked this hotel for our 28th wedding anniversary. I can’t fault anything, my room was upgraded to junior suite. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was great, there was a good selection of food. The spa is made up of several areas, and there is also an outdoor pool. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I find myself visiting Rome.
First of all, this is a very nice hotel in the nature with free garage and large, clean rooms. Rooms are very equipped (there is even umbrella and yoga surface) and bed is extremly comfortable. In comparison with Italian hotels in general, this one had breakfast with unexpectedly large choice of delicious food. Amazing advantage of the hotel is the unique dinner experience they offer on weekends. There is a food from 9 countries over the world with enormous choice of food (including deserts). It's all you can eat and drink for 30 euros and it's really worth the money. Regarding negative things - girl working on reception was very unpleasant and unhelpful. She wasn't willing to answer any of our questions and she was answering the phone all the time. It feels like there's lack of staff. Another disapointment was the fact that we had to pay extra for usage of indoor pool which isn't the practice in other hotels we visited.…
Lovely hotel but some things were just annoying. We had the junior suite for 5 days with the couples package. This entitled us to airport drop off, breakfast in our room, late check out and full access to the spa. The room was lovely, but the shower wouldn't drain and would fill with water to ankle height and the shower dial kept falling off. Airport pickup as an option disappeared after booking so I had to email reminding them that it was supposed to be included which it was fortunately. Spa, nobody showed us around and we had to work things out ourselves. They wouldn't give us a locker because we were staying in the hotel, didn't really want to leave my phone in my robe while in the sauna. Often room service didn't replace my towel so I had to ask for a new one from the spa which they were hesitant of. One more tip would be for the hotel to turn the temperature in the spa up! It's cold and uncomfortable. Breakfast in the room was lovely, although they missed things off the order, little things like a bowl of granola cerial but not providing any milk. Sometimes they were 15mins late with the food and then trying to get me to sign a bill but naturally I pushed back as it was included. And the shuttle bus is available, but gets full days in advanced. I wish they told us because we planned to use it but when trying to book the night before the 8 seats were always full. THE PRICE OF DRINKS IS EXTORTIONATE! WE'RE LONDONERS AND WERE SHOCKED TO PAY 20EURO FOR A GIN TONIC. NOT EVEN HARRODS CHARGES THAT. NICE HOTEL BUT ITS JOT THE SAVOY SO IT'S RIDICULOUS PRICES. I tried to discuss the above with the reception but they don't answer the phone because they are constantly busy. despite the above niggles, the hotel gets 3.5* as it has great facilities, is close to a lovely plaza with great restaurants, and the bed was super comfortable. But the level of refinement in the customer service was missing. Thank you for our stay.…
