A good hotel to stay in and affordable, it's 24hrs hotel so you can do whatever you want to do at night. Near at the Roma train station, east access to the restaurant, bars and public transport. The room is cozy and people clean it everyday.

I think this establishment is recently under new management and I got the feeling the owners were new to the hotel industry. Had a few niggles but I'm sure in time these will be ironed out. Service was very helpful, polite and attentive, there are only a few members of staff; which is understandable as there are only a few...

“HIGHLY RECOMMEDED HOTEL” For a 3* hotel you will not easily get better, so my ratings are for this type of hotel. Decent rooms, very clean, fresh decor, decent air con, was 35/38 Celcius, decent beds, fridge big enought to put my own stuff in etc. Breakfast was served only in your room, for me I prefer a dining room,...

As a first time solo traveller to Rome I felt extremely welcomed at hotel Flávio. The staff were professional and friendly! The hotel was located central, close by to two major subways, a variety of restaurants and close by shops and a few tourist attractions!

We spent 5 nights at the Flavio Hotel in june 2016. It is a great hotel, very clean, the service and the breakfast was very good, the employees are always nice and helpful. The rooms really are as in the picture. The only problem is the neighbourhood and this is the only reason i won't give a 5 star. Also,...

My family and I are just back from a long weekend in Rome. We stayed in hotel Flávio for 5 nights and we all agreed we would defiantly return. We were welcomed by a very friendly man named Lee who was more than helpful throughout our stay recommending nearby bars for my dad to watch the champions league and dropping...

Friendly staff and very close to Termini station and other attractions, although not the nicest street. Bedroom spacious with all the necessary facilities including wifi fridge and air conditioning. Rather expensive for 3* hotel but you pay for the location. Breakfast served in bed. Bed could be comfier.

One of the best hotels I stayed ja, super small but well located, with a smiling and elegant super receptionists, really recommend this hotel for tourist travels. But not all perfect and the cafe in the morning need to be a little better.

Chose this hotel as it was reasonably cheap, we weren't expecting much however it was great. Staff were so helpful, super clean everywhere and breakfast in the room was a nice treat. Also a perfect location for getting the metro into all the sights and lots of food places within a walk. Would definitely recommend!!

Staff were very accommodating. a very clean and comfortable room. The furniture was looked new and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms felt like we were at home. A high quality 3-star hotel. Not to far from Santa Maria Maggiore which is very central

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
