Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stunning apartment, perfect location… The attention to the most tiniest of details was perfect. From the stunning and helpful hostesses, to how they did everything to ensure your stay was the best. Breakfast served in bed, with the views of the Piazza was like nothing I have experienced before. Even down to a letter wishing me a happy birthday… Don’t walk, RUN to book this apartment

Just back, booked the luxury room with balcony, absolutely amazing. The bedroom area is very nice with plenty of character, but the balcony made our holiday. Although small there was enough room for a table, 2 chairs and a glass of wine. We spent the mornings sightseeing in Rome with late afternoons on the balcony with Peroni and Pizza. Fabulous restaurants on your doorstep for dinner. Breakfast is typically Italian, with friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely go back.

The location of this bed and breakfast is facing the Navona Plazza. We had arranged with the hotel for an airport pick-up and our driver was waiting for us. Our family spent one night at the hotel. Finding the entrance to the hotel was quite difficult. The entrance is on a back alley with no signs. With the help of our driver an employee came down to let us in. This establishment is not a hotel but more like a bed and breakfast. Our room was nice even though the bathroom was small. Our only problem was our air conditioner didn’t work well and there was no one on site to contact.

Good location, clean rooms, comfy bed and decent AC. However, people should be aware that this isn't really a hotel-- it's individual suites in an old Palazzo, so it doesn't come with full service (e.g., the reception isn't always open so you have to let yourself in and out, there isn't always someone available if you have a problem, there is nowhere to leave bags after you check out, except in the unstaffed hallway; etc.) As long as you are aware and are fine with that, then this is a good location for a decent price.

I really recommend this little gem. We spent the Christmas holiday here and everything was perfect. We arrived a little late, but the staff was kind and waited for us. The rooms were absolutely charming. Our room had a balcony where we sat every morning enjoying our breakfast, which was really good with freshly baked croissants, juice, youghurt and coffee. We had piazza Navona at our feet which was really cool. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the staff really made you feel at home. I strongly recommend this adorable place and will come back, that’s for sure!

Central location, balcony overlooking Piazza Navona, great hotel service, clean room, etc. This place needs to be checked out if you are planning a trip to Rome. We even had them arrange to pick us up at the airport too. Nothing better when you arrive to see a driver holding a sign with your name on it!

Great staff who were very accommodating of an early arrival. Really appreciated when you consider this is a small 3 room establishment. The room was little changed since the last visit but the air conditioner has seen better days so was unable to keep the room cool even when I asked that it be left on all day with the windows closed. The mattress too could use a replacement but having said that you can't beat the location or the people.

Where you can start and finish every day in Navona square! I could enjoy Navona square in the morning, which was always crowded, and in the evening, colorful performers filled the plaza with music and dance, so I could end the day in a romantic way. The square was noisy, but the windows were soundproof, so I could send it quietly during my stay. I thought I wouldn't be able to see Navona square because I stayed at Cityview, but when I opened the window, I saw the Neptune fountain and the room was spacious so I had a pleasant time. It was convenient to travel because it was in a good position to walk on foot, such as the Pantheon, Spanish steps, Vatican city.

This was our 2nd visit to these wonderful apartments, as we also came the same time last year for our anniversary. In my previous review I rated 5 star but I just feel a couple of things let it down this time. This year we booked the biggest of the 3 rooms- but we wish we had stuck to the middle size room we had last year. Whilst this room was amazing, spacious and amazing balcony and views- the noise that came from the boiler or generator or whatever it was whenever someone had a shower or even ran a tap was literally unbearable and went on for a long time after the tap running/shower ran/toilet flushed. We never heard that in the other room. We also ran out of hot water twice and had to have cold showers, again this didn’t happen in other room. The only other thing that let it down was last time we were offered breakfast at a time of our choice which we asked for 8.00. This time we were told as the other guests next door were getting theirs at 9.00- ours would be delivered then too. When you are only staying somewhere for such a short period of time you just want to get out and about and start the day early. On one of the days we got a message saying the breakfast wasn’t coming until 9.30 so on this day we didn’t get out until after 10.00. On the 3rd day- the day we checked out I asked if we could have breakfast at 8.45 as we needed to leave for airport at 9:30 I was told yes that was no problem but again in was about 9.10 when it arrived which left us a very short time to leave it before eating. The apartments themselves are outstanding and spotless clean. The views from balcony are amazing and the staff do work work very hard. It is easy to contact staff via WhatsApp which I think is really good. I would still return to these apartments if we do come back to Rome but as I say it was just these couple of things which compared to last year let it down a bit for me.

Magnificent place to stay for a few nights in Rome. Booked the Junior Suite and wow what an awesome view on the small terrace of the piazza. Great to people watch from in the afternoon and at night when it gets very lively. Close to some great restaurants within walking distance. Room was very nice all newly renovated and super clean. Highly recommened and not overpriced compared to other places we were looking at
