This is a very cousy hotel on Therése 4th floor of a Nice building. The stairs and the Lift are little jewels from Italy! The room again very cousy, clean and compfortable. Very Nice views over the piazza stairs and the Piazza de Spagna itself!...More

Hotel is very good due to location and view. Loved the fact that we had a view of Spanish Steps. Room was clean with fresh sheets and towels each day, plus in-room wifi that worked. Obviously the advertising photos are of best room / shower....More
