The hotel is just next to Piazza di Spagna, and in fact, could see it from the room, which is great. Down side of our room, is also overlooking Café located at the same level from different building, where people hang out in the afternoon, hence you have to close the curtain if you want to lay down - else...

Rome is a beautiful city I loved every second of it, this hotel was a great little find, I loved waking up to church bells and the authentic wooden slatted windows. Outside is the designer shop quarter with quaint little restaurants and cafe bars where food is fabulous. All attractions are at easy reach walking distance and this place is...

It took 3 individual keys to get into the building and our room. The wifi only worked if we sat in the hallway, there were no towel racks to hang bath towels on, and there was no place to put our clothes. Only one outlet in the room worked and there was no place to put our clothes so we...

Stayed there for two nights in two rooms with my family. Great location, clean rooms and decent size by European standards. Reception was pleasant. Only two stars for the following: I left my hearing aid in my room. They found it immediately and said they would send it to me within a couple of days. I offered to pay all...

Stayed at Piazza di Spagna View three nights in May with my husband. The hotel is on 4th floor of a building right next to the Spanish Steps. Our room was above this great masterpiece. The view at any time of the day is just amazing. Even though there was some sort of construction work going on it didn't spoil...

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at Piazza do Spagna View which is located only 50 footsteps away from the Spanish Steps and the same distance from Spagna metro station . Located on the 4th floor of the building the guest rooms look directly over the Spanish steps. We were also in walking distance...

Everything in Rome is spectacular as the architectural building was really built with love and passion. You can feel the love as everyone is in awe when they see all the attractions. Everywhere you go, you can see churches all over. People are gathered are gather all over and busy taking pictures as a remembrance for their own keepsake.

Hello, we are from the States. My husband and I spend a week at the Piazza di Spagna Hotel. We came in originally for business purposes, and location was strategically picked close to the meetings, but... We couldn't be happier with the location for the whole trip and the down time "follow on". It is just two steps away from...

It was our honeymoon and our room was not cleaned. Moldy strawberries found in fridge, garbage full, and toilet seat broken! I've contacted the hotel, no response!! We would have contacted while we were there but the front desk attendant is not there the whole time. Nice view and location, but who wants to sleep in filth.

As someone who visits Rome quite frequently, this is probably the best located hotel I've stayed in yet, but a bit of a let down quality wise. The website stated breakfast was available, and in reality it wasn't, which was a bit annoying. The room was clean, but average - didn't justify the price I'm afraid. Also the wooden frame...
