We stayed in the Prestige Guest House from 21st- 25th June 2013. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel right in the center of Rome. The hotel is on Via Frattina, which is a 2 minute walk from the Spanish Steps and close to designer and high street shops alike. The bed room was spotless! The towels were changed everyday and...

Tucked away in a side street not far from the Spanish Steps is a small hotel with excellent service, well-appointed rooms, and most important, quiet in the midst of raucous Rome. It's a getaway that I would not have wanted to share with others, but since it's already ranked in Trip Advisor, the cat's already out of the bag. It's...

Having been there previously and thoroughly enjoying it, we were very disappointed last year. New owners have taken over and what were beautiful rooms now have extra beds put in. One bed collapsed as I sat on the end. One bed left my niece with spring tracks and she had to bunk in with her cousins. The personal touch of...

Well ... Again, I have to admit how this place is smart and cosy ... A real pleasure to find the same team in Reception, excellent service and smile which is a must ! Some of my friends stayed in the Prestige Guest House and they all enjoyed the place. All of them told me they loved this little hotel...

I stayed here with my girlfriend for a sort of romantic getaway and when you first arrive you realise how central this place is, literally right off the main street! So it was positive to begin with. You walk in through a side door and take a flight of stairs up that circle an old styled elevator! As soon as...

As I couldn't move because too much work, my Wife decided to travel to Roma with my 10 years old boy. She wanted to go for shopping before Xmas and also visit some monuments. They wanted to spend 10 days there. My Son cannot walk a lot because of health problems, so I made the reservation to Prestige Guest House...

The location is perfect to see all the important attractions of Rome. The little hotel is very nice and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Our room was very quiet, the beds are a bit tiny but very comfortable. The breakfast was served directly in the room exactly at the hour we ordered it. The hotel is recomendable for...

This guest house occupies one floor of an apartment building. On our second night the neighbors on a lower flower blasted music until 4am. Other neighbors in the building were screaming all throughout the night for them to turn their music off. The room itself was old, dusty and dirty. The bed was so incredibly hard the floor would have...

As I needed to go to Roma again for my business, I decided to stay again to the Prestige Guest House which is very close to my meetings. Still great service and very nice people to assist you ! My husband and I found this the best place in Italy. We are seasoned travellers. The reception is just outside your door but we never heard a beep from them, but felt secure that should one of us get sick or be in need of something we had them right there to assist us..This also ensured we had no worries...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
