Don't know where to start..staying here was one terrible experience. Firstly, The hotel staff are very rude & unprofessional. Before starting our Euro trip, mailed them for early check-in, never received any reply from them. When reached the hotel, Me & my wife checked in & within 30 mins of entering the room..we witnessed 2 men opening our room from...

If you're looking for a cheap, basic hotel in Rome, in a good location, surrounded by restaurants, then this is the place to go. It's beyond basic, desperately needs a spruce up, but it's clean which is the main thing. It's a two minute walk from the train and bus terminal, and it's close to some great restaurants. If you...

The only advantage of this place was its location. It is 3-minutes walk from the main station - Termini. And that's it. The cleanliness was extremely poor, especially in the bathroom. The room was quite noisy during the nights. I should mention that the people were polite and the breakfast was average. Anyway, I wuldn't come back there.

Very old hotel lift particularly. conveniently located as main railway station nearby.rooms are ok but small.Small dining area and the break fast was not up to the mark. The stewardess had no inclination whatsoever to replenish the items until the steward from Bangladesh came.Staff were friendly. You cant expect more for what you paid

Dina hotel is small hotel. Best thing about it is location. It's located near Main train station and this station is traffic hub for all public transport. Breakfast is poor. Little choice. Personel is nice. Rooms have safe, TV, air con.... I would not mind go there again.

Upon arrival the staff we encountered were very rude and dismissive. Certain parts of the hotel maintained the Roman charm but it was mostly old and needed replacing. The bed was like a rock and the bathroom was extremely basic. The location was ideal if you plan to travel by train around Rome or Italy. However, the neugh ourhood itself...

Was in Rome for 3 days on a tour and stayed in this hotel. Great location, easy walking to the train and even the Colosseum. Breakfast was easy and nice. Rooms were basic, but you're a tourist in a new country - don't need to be spending time in the room!! Comfy bed and suitable bathroom.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
