Horrible experience. The whole family showed up at the prearranged time but nobody answered the door. The owner, Barbara claimed they were at the property. Later changed the story to "some guy" was at the property. She then agreed to provide us a refund, but...More
We ordered this little boutiqe hotel four days before arrival and without knowing much about the place. Very nice and clean little hotel quite close to Colloseum which was our main goal. Very nice and helpfull staff that made us feel welcome and important. Nice...More
The room was excellent, clean and quiet. Though not in the center, it's still relatively close to Colosseum and very close to a Underground station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all very good. Recommended!
The room and bathroom are good and clean. The owner of the B&B was helpful and responsive. Breakfast was limited but enough. It is not in a lively neighbourhood or close to any tourist attractions but there are metro, tram and bus stops within 3-4...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
