The customer service provided by Valentino and his sister was amazing. They take immense pride in providing tourists a brilliant experience. The room was exceptionally large, plenty of hot water, air conditioning, block out blinds, king size+ bed, desk, wifi and located only 300 metres from the Coliseum.

Francesca greeted us and assisted us, along with her brother Valentino, throughout our 3 day stay at the Hotel Rosetta. It is a basic, no frills, family run pensione with an excellent location in the ancient Rome section (we could see the Colosseum from our window). Our room was small, cleaned daily, breakfast is not included but we loved going to Bar Ciardi a few doors down which opens at 0530 and has great food and coffee. This is not for everyone but was perfect for us as we were exploring the city all day and just needed a safe place to stay. There were three keys (not always easy to maneuver) to get us into our room and it could be noisy as it located on busy Via Cavour, but we would definitely go back there again.

This place is a gem! The owners and staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the location was perfect. Right in the middle of the boujee Monti district, and less than a 5-min walk from the Coliseum and the Roman Forum. We would absolutely stay here again.

This Family Hotel is in a perfect location..safe, lots of restaurants, 5 minutes from Coliseum, and the staff could not be more helpful. Ask for Franesca, she was a wonderful host. Price was very reasonable.

We were lucky enough to stay at the enchanting Hotel Rosetta in Perugia. The Concierge from beginning to end made us feel utterly welcome. This is a lovely place to stay. Located in the centre of beautiful Perugia, the hotel has charm and is authentic. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is basic but what more did we need than a bed and an en-suite. The room was cleaned daily which we had not expected. The staff were all very friendly no matter what time of day or night. And the location was perfect for exploring this beautiful city. Only thing I wished there was were coffee facilities in the room as waking up and having to get washed and dressed before being able to get coffee was hard.

We spent 5 nights in the hotel and found it very comfortable. The AC worked well, (and we needed it as it was still hot in Rome in late September) the bed and pillows were very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water for our showers. It was kept squeaky clean. It is plain in it's decor, but not run down in the rooms. The walls were freshly painted, the shower and other bathroom facilities were modern and worked great. There were no weird smells, in fact it smelled as fresh and clean as it was! We felt very secure with the neighborhood and in the courtyard and hotel areas. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We walked to most places we wanted to visit and when we did take a cab to places like the Vatican and Travestary, it was there within 5 minutes of the desk calling it for us. We signed up and paid for breakfast at a nearby coffee shop that was open early (like 6am early!). They were friendly and made wonderful coffee and delicious fresh pastry which our voucher covered. Unfortunately, my husband is gluten intolerant and so we had to ask for a refund for that and make other breakfast arrangements. Hotel Rosetta completely accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again.…

We were welcomed from the beginning, and the answer to the small requests I made, was always yes. We were comfortable, although would have liked a little more lighting in the room. The room and bathroom was clean and there was daily housekeeping. It was so central and close to the main sites; we would definitely stay there again. The room was quiet, and set well back in the courtyard and well away from the road. It is not possible to have breakfast in the hotel. I wish I'd asked if they could make a cup of tea in advance of our stay, but I did bring a travel kettle so it wasn't a problem.

We stayed a night at the Hotel Rosetta after our cruise. I had stayed there before, 8 years ago, and remembered the family-run hotel with fondness. My recent visit only added to the great memories. First of all, it's a 15 minute walk from the Rome Termini station and a 7 minute walk to the Colosseum. The rooms are not big but not the smallest I've stayed in Europe either. They're clean and have air conditioning, which turned out to be huge when we were in Rome, as there was a heat wave. Antoinetta and her staff were friendly and helpful in every way we needed them to be. They all spoke fairly good English, which helped a lot. We had luggage storage needs, and we also asked for a late checkout, and Antoinetta gave us a fair price for staying in our room and out of the blistering heat for a while longer. She arranged a taxi for us the day before we needed it, and the driver was prompt and courteous. The entire staff really went above and beyond our expectations, and I would definitely recommend the Hotel Rosetta for a stay in Rome!…

The staff was very friendly and around 24 hours to help with any needs we had. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable! It is cozy but is equipped with anything you may need, including air conditioning and decent WiFi. The shining star of this hotel though is the location! Just an easy 5-minute walk to the Colosseum, Hotel Rosetta is also an easy walk to any must-see attraction in the city. Very close to the train station, but we still opted to take a cab over taking our luggage through rough, crowded Rome streets. Though it is in a busy part of Rome, there was very little road noise. I would stay here again if I find myself back in Rome!
