in a really nice location within walking distance to all main attractions, the closest being the Vatican. Would recommend a taxi from the airport, 48 euro flat fee and takes about 40mins. Arrived early and offered complementary coffee whilst room was prepared. The standard room was excellent, large comfy bed, flat screen tv with english news channels, safe, bathroom with...

We stayed here recently for 4 nights. Room was quirky and well appointed. Staff polite and courteous, breakfast delicious. Centrally situated in cobbled street in Centro Storico, easy walking distance from restaurants, bars and some of Rome's major attractions. Perfect base for a city break.

I loved this place. I booked as it was my mum's 70th birthday and she used to live on this street so it felt like it was meant to be. It's very much a 5 star boutique experience and even at booking the staff were very friendly over email. On the morning of her actual birthday, the manager and some...

We stayed here for five days and I wish that we could have stayed for longer. There are a myriad number of reasons to stay here: the location is excellent, so close to everything we wanted to see. (The only exception is the Colosseum - but a quick taxi ride or buss ride and you're there.) We went to so...

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Italy. Rooms are very spacious, very nice lounge, love the bathrooms and walk-in closets, and close walking distance to great shopping and sites. Very nice area.

As our cab gently rattled along the old cobble stone street strewn with ancient historic buildings, I was wincing at the thought of what type of a hotel my husband surprised us with. My mind was entertained by images of a musky smelling lobby, walls revealing several layers of old paint, compromised plumbing? It was old Europe after all, and...

The Hotel Indigo(R) Rome - St. George is a 5 star luxury hotel located in Via Giulia right in the historic centre of Rome amidst galleries, boutiques and workshops. Our 5 star luxury hotel perfectly blends modern comforts with hints of our neighbourhood story, as the original travertine marble walls and the murals celebrating the area's long history of artistic expression. At I Sofà Bar Restaurant & Roof Terrace, which moves to the top floor of the hotel during summer, our chef Marco Petroni handpicks seasonal ingredients and crafts farm-to-fork Roman recipes. Relax in our Roman bath including large whirlpool, sauna and Turkish bath at our wellness centre.
