The Residenza Maxima is a decent apartment with an affordable price! The cleaning service is brilliant, the TV works extremely well, the location is amazing and the rooms and beds are very comfortable! We also found that the area that the apartment is located in is very friendly and willing to help! Would most certainly return!

We came by car from Sweden and got the impression that the location of the apartment hotel was in a quiet area. Although the reception was not attended more than a few hours a day, we were very welcomed and helped with the checking in. The staff were easy to get hold of. Strong wi-fi for free, very well working...

We arrived late in evening, had to call the manager to come let us in. The place was clean and its locale was near enough to walk for the transit. I recall that the room was comfortable, bit dated but it was clean and secure. I think they delivered breakfast too. We had no problems here, staff were decent despite...

Residenza Maxima allows you to stay local with all the comforts. Nice staff and nearby trams and trains make it easy to get around. Rooms large and well appointed. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend if you want to avoid the pseudo feel of a big hotel.

This was the first of 3 hotels we stayed at in Italy, and by far the best. The person who attended us was super friendly, gave us great advise for our visit to Rome, and even gave us a bottle of wine for my birthday. The rooms (we had two) were clean and comfortable. They also included snacks free of...

Would nt stay here for a romantic break but was functional for just seeing the sights. First thoughts were we were miles away from the centre but tram 8 was very easy to get into centre and just 2 mins away. Was also just a few stops away from trastevere for evenings. The room we stayed in was comfortable enough...
