We visited Rome this year and decided to chose this location because of the price. Upon arrival at 11 am. No one answered the buzzer. We had to call a number listed on a sign on the shed. Good job we had purchased a phone or we would still have been waiting. No one was available however i presume a...

The hotel is located just over a mile from the termini near the park Villa Borghese. The woman on the desk was very friendly offering us Orange juice on our arrival but us not being able to speak Italian it was quite difficult as she didn't really speak any English either so took us about 10-15 minutes to check out....

Booked this accomodation since the reviews are very good, well I wasn't disappointed the rooms are clean and had that Italian feel, the ceiling are very high and the room was just lovely. We booked this B & B as the revues on tripadvisor were so good. The good things are first the price in a VERY expensive city, the location isn't too bad as we found some bus routes nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful, although the lady who looked after us, making breakfast which is done in reception and...

This lovely bed & breakfast is sheer comfort ! The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. After a long flight from the U.S., we were so glad to have a soft, quiet place to lay our heads. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. We even had the luxury of a ride from the airport to our b&b...with a surprise...

Overall we just loved this place. The only negative thing was that when we arrived at 11:30 pm the gate was locked and no one answered when we called, so we had to call the telephone number. After that the guy with the keys arrived in some 5 minutes. He tried to apologize and explain but since it was in...

This B&B is so nice and comfortable, it was my first time to Rome. So far I've been to Rome for more than 3 times, I always always try to book this B&B. But it's always fully booked. If you schedule your trip in advance, try this one, it is really so nice!

We stayed here for three nights of our honeymoon, and it was great. Our room and bathroom were quite large. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was simple but tasty (yogurt, croissants, coffee and juice). They also gave us free water, which was great for all our days of walking around and sightseeing. The room had a...

This was the first hotel that we stayed in when arriving to Rome. The rooms are simple, very nice and spotless. The marble courtyard to the front of the building is beautiful. Overall, a lovely quiet place for a couple. There was some construction on the building across the street in the early morning, but besides that it was very...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
