On booking Opera Dreams, I was under the impression that it was a luxurious large hotel, in which we had a room booked. On arrival, I had to ask the security guard at the Opera centre opposite where the place is located for directions as there is no signage for the hotel at all. It quite literally is a big...

The keys did not work, we went down to the reception 4 times when the receptionist bothered to cme up. They did not fix it but gave us a metal key instead of the card. The bathroom cealing was literally melting on me and water was pooring on me from the cealing not the shower itself (which indeed is in...

Stayed for 3 nights, great location and staff were really helpful and breakfast was good. However on departing they said we hadn't paid, even gave receipt of proof we had paid. They called us at our next location the following day and still said we hadn't paid. We took a photo of the receipt to prove we had paid and...

Our family stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights. It is very centrally located with quick access to metro, bus and in walking distance to a number of main sites. the rooms are clean but small. The staff is friendly and English speaking. Great place to book but only for sleeping, you won't be spending a long time...

It's an okay hotel for a quick stay. We actually stayed for one night to be able to catch a train somewhere else. The room is tiny and the bathroom is so small you can barely fit. But all is okay with the exception of the lift. It's one of those which remind you of the 60s movies. It's so...

It was as we expected . Nice central location right near the bus and rail termini and the baths of Diocletian . ( well worth a visit ) V helpful staff . Room was absolutely fine and easy to live in with good quality facilities . Best part was hearing rehearsals for la traviata at the opera house next door...

The hotel is not far from Termini Station and for that reason it is strategically located. Access to it is a little difficult since you have to climb twelve or more high steps with your luggage.Obviously exit is much trickier because you can fall headlong.. There is not a lobby, but a very little space where the concierge is situated...

We stayed at this hotel on a four night city break. The location is ideal - a short walk from the Termini train station and the nearest Metro station and within walking distance of many attractions. It is a small hotel with a tiny reception area and the only public room for guests is the breakfast room on the top...

I travel to Rome often for business and found this jewel of small friendly hotel right in the city center. Great decor, super comfortable bed and great attentive service and smiles all the way around. And very important, quiet at night, this could be a problem in many hotel in Rome. I will be back for sure.
