3 stars for that hotel? Why? The real level is 1 star. Hotel is located far from the center. It's seedy, necessarily it needs reconstruction. Rooms are small, beds uncomfortable. Although the hotel has wifi but paid 4EUR / day. Continental breakfast? Sweet croissants, jam, dry bread and ham, coffee, juice. That's all. No vegetables, fruit, ... We spent in...

Here are some ups and downs about this hotel: Ups: reasonable price (for a city where the places to stay are a bit expensive) ; if your flight gets in late they will send a shuttle bus after you at the Anagnina Metro Station (the closest Metro Station to the hotel, but they only help you on check-in on check...

well, from the get go it was a nightmare. Greeted at reception by a moody woman, then discovered wifi is not free. Catching the train into the city was not too bad, but the public around this side of Rome are some what of thug style! We felt safe because of the Army/Police academy located close by. Getting off at...

we recently stayed at the Arcadia in May 15 to 18.2 ladies on our own. We were a bit concerned at the reviews. but here goes our experience. we were on a sight seeing tour for the weekend. the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. the towels were changed every day and floors mopped and beds made....

I'm not sure how to even put into words how miserable my experience was here. For starters, as we arrived, our hotel room wasn't even ready. The door was wide open with a ladder and a drill hanging out in the middle of the room. The bathroom was moldy. Our door did not lock. Then the breakfast was equivalent to...

You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. The location is terrible (it took us an hour or more to get into the city), and the rooms are a little worse for wear. Breakfast is limited and not very good. Also, the hotel insisted we use their shuttle service on our last day, which was a Sunday (busses...

Stayed in Arcadia hotel for 2 nights with friends. Hotel located about 15 min driving from Ciampino airport. Hotel very dated but generally clean. Rooms quite big, some of them have balcony. Lift available. Breakfast very basic, continental, personally should be more choices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small bar serving food available. Doesn't look very inviting but have lovely...

If you stay here don't expect to (a) get any sleep because you can hear everything from your neighbours and the Italians are not respectful about who they disturb, (b) get a snack from the snack bar - because there isn't one (although the website states there is one (c) get a shuttle bus to the nearest metro - it...

Me and my sister stayed here for three nights, the hotel was basic but clean. I don't understand what the bad reviewers expected for the cost of the hotel. We had our beds made each day, and the towels were all changed everyday. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast but was alright. The staff were very friendly and helpful....

Me and my Brother stayed at here for 1 night and then had to change hotels because of the vile rooms. They were clean upon the first look but then as you looked around there was mold everywhere you looked! The only plus side to this place was the friendly staff but otherwise stay away!
