Absolutely perfect location. As we landed in Rome late at night, there were no problems with check in. When we woke up in the morning, closed the gate, we had a great view to the left - Colosseum, that is very close, 5 - 10 min walk. The area where the Guest house is safe. Also it is close to the...

This little gem is located so well that you can walk everywhere in Rome! 15 mins walk from Termini train station, 10 mins walk from Colosseum which you can see when step out onto the street! 15 mins to Trevi Fountain, 20 mins to Spanish Steps. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. We had an issue with air...

Basic no frills apartment but clean and tidy which was ideal for my son and I. Perfectly situated for seeing the sights of Rome and the Colosseum was a view from the window and only 10 minutes casual stroll away, as was the train station. The suggestions provided by Anna on what to do and where to go were particularly...

Just steps away from the Colosseum and centrally located, the Sunset Roma is a cozy little guest house. Theres not a ton of amenities but the rooms were very clean and bathrooms were very roomy. We spent a week here and loved it. The Sunset's location is great. You're only a 5 min walk from the Metro station and the...

It's very Clean and Friendly in a great neighborhood in Rome. The perfect cozy guest house. They even have a little place you can work out. I don't need the 24 hours service of a hotel so a guest house works for me.

Great little hotel in a great location. Certainly not a luxury hotel, but very clean and very quiet.Andrea was very helpful and accommodating. If I had to choose a criticism I'd say that the bed isn't the most comfortable hotel bed I've stayed in, but it wasn't a big deal, I slept fantastically all 4 nights I stayed here. The...

Superb location, you can walk to all the major attractions. The neighborhood is top notch with many food choices within a 2 minute walk. Andrea was extremely helpful and made it feel like an extension of home. I was able to walk to the university for work during the day and then off to Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum or the...

We really loved this guest house, lovely big rooms. Very clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. Big bathroom. Safe and secure. Not far from the train station (15 min walk with suitcases). Close to the coliseum. Lots of nice restaurants and bars close by that are very reasonablely priced. We walked all over rome from here and love the city.

The good: Near ancient Rome, with the Colosseum visible from the entry door. Safe, given a keyed metal entry door/gate. Clean. Very nice decor in the bathroom. Hot shower with shampoo and soap provided. Very friendly and accommodating service. Three person rate under 80 Euros*. Close to many sites and restaurants. It is what it is: Beds neither great nor...
