Hotel martini was in a great location - walking distance to the Trevi fountain and colosseum. Family run with friendly service. Clean rooms, good air conditioning and wifi. Would recommend people check them out!
We extended our trip in Rome and booked to stay here for the last 2 nights. The price was great and we got a good hotel for what we paid. The room was particularly small, but was fine for us. Nothing to complain about, a...More
Small hotel on, in a central location. Very clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful.
Perfect for a short stay, ice-cream shop and a restaurant on the ground floor with a pharmacy and supermarket opposite if needed. (Water and plasters for all that exploring!)...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
