Noemi was fabulous and very welcoming. She takes all the bookings, works the front desk and does all the cleaning. The rooms were modern and very clean. From previous reviews we were worried about smoking but no evidence of this during our stay and no smoking smells through the ventilation system. The rooms were quite large, bed comfortable and extra...

We were so happy to find this lovely place to stay for our recent visit to Rome. It is tucked away in a quiet side street very close to the Colosseum and provides a delightful refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Metro is close by so it is very conveniently placed and surrounded by lots of...

Everything about this hotel was pretty mediocre. The location was great for the colosseum, but in general a little far from all the other main attractions. We were, however, able to check in early for no extra cost, which was very nice and convenient. The walls were pretty thin, but didn't actually seem to be a problem. Maybe we just...

Thank you Giulia and staff for what was one of my most pleasant stays in Rome! After being greeted with a very warm welcome upon arrival, I found the room I was staying in clean, spotless, spacious and more than satisfactory with comfortable beds, air conditioning and reliable wi-fi. The location of the guest house is ideal, literally one minute...

Having read really good reviews I was expecting to rate this as a 5. However, it appears that the property has just changed hands and as a result my experience was somewhat different. I like to be fair so will also include what was good as well as poor. Checkout is stated as being upto 11pm and I emailed AGH...

I have now stayed five times at this guest house and it's always my first choice in Roma. Staff are outstanding, Barbara, Vincent and Chiara. Lovely room with great facilities in a wonderful and safe area of Roma with many great restaurants nearby. You are right beside the Colosseo. Always feel part of La Famiglia Arena. Grazie mille. See you...

We stayed 5 nights at Arena Guest House and enjoyed it very much. The family was very friendly and helpful with places to eat, the bus we need to take and an airport shuttle at the end. Very clean and welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. Would definitely stay again.
