A great last minute find. The hotel has an excellent location near the cute neighborhoods of Trastevere and Campo de Fiori, and it is walkable to all other parts of the city. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The room and common areas were very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend.

We had 3 nights here & it is in a great spot, close to everything. Would recommend this to everyone. The only thing I didn't like was, we had a deluxe room & we were disappointed that the shower was in the bath, other than that great room, great spot & the staff were exceptional & extremely helpful.

Residenza exceeded our expectations. Prime location and walking distance to most of the attractions. Rooms were spacious compare to some of the other hotels with same rate. Great breakfast and appetizers with proseco at night were plentiful, fresh, and nicely set up.Guest services team very knowledgeable and Courteous. When already twice. First time, I was given a room with jacuzzy... More

The best part of our stay was interacting with the wonderful staff. Mackey and Janno (spelling?) Were so accommodating and helpful. They helped us navigate rome and made us feel at home. They have a decent complimentary breakfast in the morning as well. Our room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. Only downfall is that the bathroom is located... More

We stayed here for a short 3 day break. This is a superbly modernised small boutique hotel. It is in an old building which you may expect to a bit tired but it was absolutely the opposite. Every detail has been thought through and it is spotlessly clean. Also very quiet given its very central location. All the central Rome... More

We chose this hotel because it was very reasonably priced, in a good locations and had good reviews. At first it was a little difficult to locate because it was on the 2nd floor, accessed through a rear courtyard in a residential building. There was a very small elevator available. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet,... More

This is a lovely modern and stylish small hotel with all modern amenities. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are a good size and were full of lots of little extras. Very stylish, comfortable rooms. We stayed for 3 nights in the deluxe suite and it was gorgeous. We enjoyed the prosecco each night at the 'happy hour' and the breakfast buffet made for a good start to the day. We were pleasantly surprised by how modern & beautiful our room was during a recent stay. Our room was up 3 flights of stairs - challenging after a long day!
