The Albergo Piave is a two-star hotel, but a very good one. The room was small, but not uncomfortably so. We had lovely views from our two windows. The bathroom was adequate and the shower not too small (as in many two-star European hotels). The bed was comfortable. The linens were fresh and good quality. The service was excellent. The...

Friendly personnel, clean room, comfortable bed. There are plenty of restaurants in the neigbourhood. Aprox. 10 min walk until the metro-station. Noisy restaurant across the street. Breakfast was the same every day, which can became borry if you stay more that 2 days.

It was a very secluded street in a bustling city, the rooms were a good size, but the noise from the corridors echoed through the rooms at night i.e. coins dropping on the corridor could be heard in the bedroom. The breakfast was great, and the lift was an old fashioned antiquated piece of history. The hotel owned at least...

It was nice and away from the tourist areas which meant better prices and less noise but still walking distance to a train station and walking distance to the Hard Rock Cafe. For the price of one apartment that only had 1 room with a 2nd bed in the kitchen, we got two nice hotel rooms with A/C and free...

I booked this hotel for my daughter and myself following reviews on trip advisor. It is small and excellent value for money. Breakfast was really excellent as was the service during our stay 26-28 October, 2014. It was an easy walk from the Termini and there are lovely restaurants nearby. From here it is easy to start making your way...

We spent 3 days in Rom ( 17-20.11.2014) and after looking through different reviews on trip adviser we decided to stay in Piave and it was a good decision! The hotel is only 5 min walk from the railway station Termini, located in a calm street, on the second floor of 5-floor house, so don't miss it, while walking along...

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. The rooms are not big enough, but it really dosn't matter. When you are in Rome you are not staying in the room, longer than a sleep so the size of the room is not a big deal! Very clean hotel and rooms! Both guys were helpful and gave us good suggestions...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
