We arrived at the hotel around 2, it was my fault as I had forgotten to request 2 separate beds but we were told theyd be able to accommodate our request of we waited 1 hr. So we waited in the lobby on the first floor of Hotel Pincio. *Note that the hotel check in is across the street at... More

My friend and I enjoyed three nights at Hotel Pincio. Although it is in an old building (like pretty much all of Italy), it is modern and clean inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was small but had a nice view and good breakfast buffet selection which we enjoyed before heading out for our long days... More

Stayed for a few days, close to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. Breakfast is served on the top floor and is reasonable considering the hotel price. Check in is across the road in another hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Within walking distance of most of the main sites. Bought some beers from a supermarket and... More

The second time at this small, cosy hotel near the Spanish steps. Just a few rooms, breakfast at the roof terrace, well worth the money! Simple, economic, no noice, walking distance to everything - a great deal.

We spent six nights at the Hotel Pincio. The front desk operation is at the hotel across the street. Staff is helpful and attentive. Breakfast is included in a nice room on the top floor of the Pincio buidling. The hotel is in a great location - walkable to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Via Corso, The Pantheon, and a bit... This is a boutique hotel Close to Piazza Espania. Staff is helpful and friendly. Front Desk is across the street in their other Hotel. My room was 203. Rear facing. No view but quiet which was my preference. Contemporary small room. Nicely appointed. Breakfast included top floor.

Stayed here for a week at the beginning of September. Wanted somewhere central as I was travelling alone. I got a taxi to the hotel from the train station. Location wise, the hotel was perfect. 3 min to Spanish Steps, 5 min to trevi fountain, about 20-30 min to colosseum and Vatican city. My room was on the small side... More

Amazing location, lovely breakfast terrace with rooftop view. Room small and clean but very functional. Reception is over the road at the concordia but the reception staff there were really friendly and helpful. You are paying for the location but the room and service are more than fine.

It was our first trip to Rome and we couldn't have stayed at a better place! The hotel is conveniently located near the Berberini metro station - a 4-5 mins walk. The person at the reception (which is located in the sister Hotel Concordia on the other side of the road) was friendly and handed us a map of the... More
