This hotel is located 400 meters or so from Fontein De Trevi. The room we got is not so big considering we didn't have to pay that much. Nothing fancy, a bed, a table and a chair but with an airconditioning. The bathroom and toilet,...More
Stayed here with another couple for 3 nights. Chose the Azzurra because of its position and price. This is quite a basic hotel on the third floor of a large building, there is a staircase and a small lift. It was very clean, beds made...More
The location of the hotel was just perfect to explore Rome.
Outstanding value for money considering the central location.
Staff were super friendly, room was clean as was the private bathroom.

The staff was courteous, breakfast was fine (a delicious croissant with a cappuccino), the room was clean and nice. The staff helped us get a cab to the airport, gave us a map on our first day, showed us where to go for Vatican Museum...More
No hot water, minimal security and the room was tiny, in a seperate building. Would only book if you are on a serious budget or desperate!

A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you
can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.

We caught the train from the local station 2 min walk Barberini to the Vatican get off at Ottaviano. On the way home we went to Termini changed for the blue line to get to the Colosseo for the colloseum. From the colloseum we walked back to the hotel via dinner. We (2 adults 2 children 8&10) walked everywhere except the Vatican and the airport which we got a 24hr ticket for.
