The hotel is clean, the staff are nice, special the person in the restaurant. It is hard to find it, because it up hill from the street and no sign to turn in from the Cassia street. The internet is very slow. We get the connection but we can read our gmail.

Reception was very nice & our welcome friendly, however our room wasn't in that section of the hotel. We were taken across to another building to our bedroom, which was dark & small with a tiny bathroom & a miniscule shower recess. We were told that if we were wanting an evening meal we would have to pre-order our food....

Good position (we were travelling by car and wanted to avoid the traffic of Rome), free undercover parking. The train station to the city was at walking distance. The room was clean...and the Italian style breakfast was lovely. I think we got a respectable staying at a very small price.

While the hotel itself is acceptable, the financial situation is very suspect. My husband's work booked our reservation as part of a relocation package. When I tried to use my credit card to secure the reservation when I checked in, they would not take it because of some equipment problem. I checked out ofter one night, but the rest of...

When I told my friends about Rome, everyone had the same advice - to stay in the outskirts & to use the public transport due to parking hassles. Hotel Cassia was the only good hotel which was close to the train station, had free car parking, free complimentary breakfast, located on the main road and had restaurants & supermarkets nearby....

Our standards are safe, clean, quiet and we got all of that plus kind people at the desk and at breakfast. However, the bathroom had a smell like the toilet venting had a leak (the toilet did not leak), the shower was tiny with no water pressure, the commute to visit the sites of Rome was 50 minutes each way...

Clean room, comfortable bed, daily towel change. TV, good wifi, air conditioning. Breakfast fine, good selection. Lovely helpful reception with excellent English. Perfect for our needs as very close to friends after our flight from Fiumicino was cancelled after the fire. Only downside to room was that the shower was very hard to use as tiny with nowhere to put...

Extremely courteous and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable, neat and clean, rather quiet. Fresh towels daily. Good selection at the breakfast buffet. I had no time to experience the wifi speed anyway it is now available in the rooms. Good location for different purposes.

I enjoyed my stay here! There is no wifi in the rooms, but the lobby is a comfortable place to work. The breakfast was generous, and the staff is very congenial. I was on foot, hiking the Via Francigena.
