Long way out of centre, takes a bus and metro to get into City. Nothing much around the Hotel, Hotel on very busy noisy road. It seems they have spent money on the reception and bar area but our room on second floor was scruffy and badly finished off. Springs coming through matress. Shame a cooked breakfast is not provided.

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, the room was lovely, clean and quiet and the location is ideal being not too far from the attractions. On our first night we enjoyed a bottle of wine on the roof terrace and the following day walked to the Colosseum.

First room we were given was TERRIBLE: mouldy walls, stenchy smell, dusty and dirty. After asking for a change, our new room was much better. The staff are friendly and polite. They also accommodate to extra queries. (Bring padlock for your suitcases when leaving them in lobby however) Breakfast was decent but the same everyday with no variation so got...

We booked this hotel for a short break in Rome. The hotel was very pleasant with good facilities. The staff at the hotel were excellent, always available for help and advice. The air conditioning worked well, although to be fair in January we didn't really need it. The bar was comfortable but again shopping in local supermarket was much cheaper...

I originally found the Raganelli on an alternative offer but decided to book directly. The main reason for this was after reviewing their website i was interested in booking the Junior Suite room. This room was excellent! Clean spacious and the beds particularly were very comfotable and after a long day walking through Rome this is just what the doctor...
