I stayed at B&B Rose hostel in a 6 bed dorm for two nights when travelling with a friend. The room and kitchen were clean and the rooms had fresh linen and towels. There was also locker for your luggage and you felt very safe. The location is also great, just 5 min walk from the Colosseum! The staff was...

Stayed here for four nights and were upgraded due to a mix up with bookings. We ended up staying in a hotel room which the owner also manages. Via Sforza 14 is the place being reviewed. We were given a set of keys (one between three which was not ideal) which provided our security for both the building and our...

Pros - good location close to the train station, affordable, nice staff, safe Cons - Our room was stuffy, the hallway and room had a funny smell. There weren't very many windows so there wasn't much fresh air. Our beds and pillows SMELLED! Luckily I brought a towel from home that I put over my pillow. I couldn't sleep because...

We stayed here for 3 nights while in Rome. Pros -spacious rooms (bed bunk style) but the 2 of us had a 5 person room to ourselves - clean washrooms - great showers! - not noisy at all - close walking distance to train/bus station (~10 minutes) - safe neighbourhood - really accomodating, friendly staff --> we came in around...

I've been here with a friend and we were delighted by the comfortable clean room. The staff was very kind, they had breakfast ready in the morning and helped us to move around the city. We had really a great time and willing to come back in our next visit.

We have just got back from a weeks stay in Rome, at the Rose Hostel. We stayed in what appeared to be a brand new apartment owned by the hostel. The apartment had four double rooms, each with an ensuite. The rooms were beautifully decorated and cleaned each day. There was a lovely shower and towels available. There was a...

My friend and I are both young women in our twenties. We wanted something safe and clean but still on budget. We traveled mid-late March. The Rose B&B was decently easy to find, and efficient to get in and out of with our own set of keys (vs. curfew hours). The location was good relative to the enormity of Rome....

Great location, clean, good breakfast and good value. Only compliant very thin walls and able to hear people talking and showering in next rooms which made our sleep poor. So wouldn't recommend this hostel, unless you are happy to have a poor sleep.
