This b&b is very well located, just a few steps from Termini Station and close to the city centre (about 1km from Colosseum). The rooms are comfortable, recently furnished and clean. A small kitchen is available for guests. Free wifi works perfectly. The host is very kind and helpful. Good value for money: highly recommended!

Close to Roma Termini, just 5-10 minuts walk. Friendly owner and nice rooms. I would absolutely come back here! We lived in a small double room, with a 140 bed and it was perfect for us! We were also able to check in at 09:30 pm without any extra fee. (Fee after 10:00 pm)

The road that it is situated on was pleasant and there are a few cafes and bars close by with a supermarket right next door. The building itself felt very secure as keypad entry...

My family stayed there for one night to visit Rome. Location was good to access famous places in central Rome on foot. Room was clean and breakfast was also good. One thing I wasn't comfortable was check-in process. When I arrived there around 3pm to check-in, nobody was there and had to wait. Althought I didn't tell my expected check-in...

This little gem was just the perfect place to stay, brilliant price and great location. The manager was amazing so helpful with showing you places to go see and the way to get there. We took a baby with us and had everything we needed, there was lots of space in the room and they were so clean and modern....
