We were coming back there at second time, we felt like in home. The room is very comfortable and stylish, there were everything for a good living. This B&B is all you're looking for! It has a GREAT location... walking distance from the Coliseum and city center. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated! This B&B is just fantastic. Nicely decorated and quite big room with very spacious bathroom. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Just a walking distance from Colosseum and other Rome attractions. Lovely clean place as 2 older ladies we felt safe n secure in this little hide away but within 10 mins walk we were at the coliseum the walk was thro a park but a road was near by for after dark. We stayed at the Terme di Traiano in Rome for a month in march, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The owner Simoni Clementi was very friendly and helpful. I want to give my honest review of this place because even thou the owner seems like a nice person I have some issues with this place. First it was a bit hard to find, second the walls/floor are very thin or poorly insulated that I actually heard the ppl above me making love in the middle of the night... More

This is our second time at Terme di Traiano and it lived up to our expectations again. Very well appointed rooms and bathrooms with a luxurious feel to it.
