Myself and my wife are just back from our stay in the River Rome Inn. To say we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. The staff at the hotel were brilliant, they were more than happy to help and answer and queries we had! We were really made feel welcome! Most if the sites were within walking distance, 10/15... Don't think I've been to a hotel with better staff. From the moment we walked through the door to be waved off in our taxi as we left they were all an absolute delight! The hotel was clean and comfortable; in an excellent location; beds were good, bathroom very good and the breakfast was excellent. Outstanding!

Couldn't have been a warmer, friendlier experience with Kelly the concierge! She answered all of my emails, almost immediately, and always provided suggestions, alternatives, and assisted in booking tours, shuttles and reservations. Rooms are recently renovated, comfy, great location, not far from vatican city, and right on the river in the heart of town. Breakfast is excellent, probably the best... More

This place is amazing. Not only is the location great and there is a Jacuzzi in the room (!) the staff were INCREDIBLE. We were in Rome for 3 days and they drew us little maps of the best ways to get round to see everything and had all the local knowledge you could ever need. I could not recommend... More

The Rome River Inn is an excellent hotel. Manuel, the concierge, was superb! He is very knowledgeable on historical places to see with the best directions to walk to optimize your time. His recommendations on restaurants were delicious and had the Italian atmosphere we were looking to experience. Kelli, another concierge, was great too! I would highly recommend Rome River... More

The Rome River Inn is a perfect location with excellent service. Manuel is so nice and goes above and beyond to help the guests in anyway. The coffee and the breakfast are delicious. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. The beds are hard and the showers are small, but I found this throughout Italy. I'd highly recommend this place!

We stayed for a week in the RRI. We would definetely come back at any time. Nice clean rooms, good breakfast, good location for exploring the city center as well as Trastevere and the Vatican, at a fair price. The real stars of the hotel are the two concierges Kelly and Manuel. Friendly, charming, incredibly helpful, like they were old... More

I would like to say that both myself and my son Dylan were very impressed with our twin room at the Rome River Inn. Our room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the Internet connection was brilliant, which of course made Dylan happy. Our experience of Rome from the start to the end was amazing... More

This place is awesome!! The rooms are reasonably priced, very clean, and you honestly can't beat the location! But my favorite part was the staff! Manuel and Kelly are very genuine and super helpful. They gave us some recommendations of local spots to check out since we didn't really want all the tourist places. Manuel was so gracious and took the... More
