Stayed at B&B in Rome (Sweetly Home Roma) - excellent location for visiting the Vatican. Plenty of restaurants and gelato stores. Traveled part of day on tour bus to see the Forum, Collesum and other sites. Staff at Sweetly were friendly and very helpful. On Wednesday the Pope has a service in the square and the Swiss Guards has tickets...

I ordered on Expedia with member price, which was 20 euros lower each night, but still quite expensive. When we arrived, we were told that we had to pay 40 more because the member price was just for one person. And we were received by a man, who was not that friendly like others said in the comments. And we...

The service here was 5 star! Couldn't be more helpful pre trip or during. The room has enough facilities for relaxing after a hard days tour and waking in the morning and setting up your day ahead. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops along with the beautiful sights Rome has to offer! A great quirky eating place just around...

Arrived by train from Florence booked for 6 nights. The B&B is old fashion style but clean with renovated bathroom, bed was comfortable. Itl is only a few minutes walk from St Peters & Vatican city. Unfortunately the last of our stay did not end well, we told Martina the hot water service did not work late afternoon on the...

Let me state the obvious first, we traveled nearly half way across the world to see Rome and it's treasures, not to stay in a hotel room for long. I just couldn't see spending $300 a night for a hotel that we would be spending hardly any time at. The location of this place was outstanding! St. Peter's Square is...

This Bed & Breakfast is the lower level flat of an apartment building located near the Vatican. The room is nicely decorated. That is it; that is all you are getting for your money. What our (fortunately short) experience lacked was: (1) There are two types of cab service in Rome; a public cab and a private/gypsy cab. The public...

We spent 4 nights at Sweetly Home Roma and really enjoyed our stay. Our hostess, Martina, was very accommodating and helpful. She does not live at the B&B but was available by phone and at the location when we needed her. Martina made us feel very welcome and answered any questions we had. She also arranged transportation for us to/from...

I found this particular Luxury B&B online under Trip Advisor. I trusted the comments I had read and I further consulted my Travel Agent (Expedia CruiseShip Centres) who did the actual booking for my daughter and I. This pristinely clean B&B is located across the street from Vatican City. Airport shuttle had no difficulty locating the B&B and I arranged...

Literally across the street from the Vatican. This is an apartment in a building which has been converted to a B&B so you hear kids running across the floors in the apartment upstairs and there is very little charm to the place. It is functional, clean but has terrible wifi reception. We did not have breakfast as the owner said...
