Our room was clean and comfortable with a really good bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. The hospitality was wonderful both from David, the host, and from the lady who provided breakfast and services the room. Probably the best feature was th location which could not have been better for exploring Rome - five minutes walk to the Pantheon and fifteen...

Andrea was a great host! Very friendly, offering us an espresso as we took a tour of the hotel. It was like a large apartment turned hotel with a communal kitchen, sitting area and balcony. Our room was huge! With a great view of the ruins, great amenities and a super comfy bed. Noise was minimal even though we were...

The location was great for us - long walk to the Vatican and easy walk to the train station and the Colesseum. The hotel provided late check in instructions. Everything was clean and in working order. The communal kitchen area was nice to have with drinks and breads available all day. Breakfast did not start until 0730 but our tours...

The breakfast is really tasty with a wide variety of things. Always bottled water, fruit juice and coffee, nice to relax on the terrace after a busy day. The staff are very great - Andrea...

Amazing staff, super friendly and attentive. The lady that helped during breakfast and during all our stay was the most sweet attentive and lovely person. Room and bathroom comfortable, clean and BIG. Love the shared kitchen to have something to drink during the day, and at night. We arrived really late at night and Andrea contacted us to explain us...

A fairly simple B&B in a fantastic location - less than 10 minutes' walk from Pzza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon - just about anywhere central in fact. Very friendly and helpful owner. Very comfortable and clean. A real gem, we will be going back!
