A short walk from the Colosseum metro, only a matter of a few minutes, found us at the door of this place. The external surroundings and hall were a little rustic. We were met at the door by our host, who, like the others we met, were fantastic. Our room was beautiful, clean bright and spacious with high terracotta coloured brick...

We found the rooms to be beautiful, simple, and spacious. The bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean. We had not originally cared about whether or not there was breakfast, but in the end it was a huge treat to have the breakfast delivered to the room. The location is great. The innkeepers were kind and helpful. Overall a really great...

A wonderful, clean and cozy B'n'B with great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is served straight to the rooms. You can hear the noise from the street, but it didn't bother us (we stayed in Room 2). We would warmly recomend La Finestra sul Colosseo.

We were looking for accomodation close to the marathon starting/finishing area. Perfect. Suite-1 was a quiet room (no traffic or other noise) with comfortable mattress and pillows. Bathroom was spacious and the extensive hot shower (lying, sitting, standing) after the run made me walking through Rome´s touristic spots the same afternoon again. Staff was friendly and helpful offering water, juice...

having never been to Rome choosing a place to stay was a minefield! which area would be best? which offered best value? I chose this B&B simply because it was near the Colosseum and this was the main attraction for us visiting Rome. Plus the pictures looked good and it was relatively cheap! It was a great choice! Location is...

A fantastic B&B right next to the colosseum and local transport links with loads of resturants around. Aldo and Jason were fantastic hosts and arranged taxis both to and from the airport for us. We arrived into Rome on a late flight and Jason and Aldo were very flexible and accomodating our late arrival The room was absolutely massive and...

We had a lovely stay at La Finestra sul Colosseo B&B! The room was clean, light and beautifully decorated, as shown on the pictures. Marco & Also were lovely hosts and provided us with tips, directions and a delicious breakfast every morning. Really felt like home for 4 days and the locations was perfectly situated. Would definitely recommend it!

Rome has been high on our 'to do' list for many years. Last week we finally managed to break the UK's tractor beam, escape the whining and moaning about Brexit, and go for a five day, four night break to channel our inner Gladiator. After extensive research, I decided that La Finestra Sul Colosseo (LFSC) was the base and place...

My husband and I stayed here two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Aldo met us upon arrival and gave us a map of the city with tips on his favorite restaurants. He showed us to our room and explained the breakfast process. We were very happy with our room. It was spotless and beautiful. We loved the...

First of all, let me say that Aldo and Marco are just wonderful guys to work with. Extremely accessible and responsive to questions and special requests. We needed an extra single bed for our toddler and also a small refrigerator for medication and they made sure we were all set. The room was so pretty, roomy, comfortable and immaculately clean...
