30 mins from FCO, Located in a little side street in view of the Vatican wall, good location for Metro, Vatican and Castel Deangelo. Good eateries nearby (see other reviews). Bedroom located over the rear of the property and the view was urban interior (not the nicest), size was big enough, could do with a lick of paint around the...

This hotel is literally 5 mins from the Vatican, so the location is great if you want to stay that side of Rome. The piazzas aren't too far away either. The room was clean and nicely done. We stayed only one night and it was hassle-free. They also have breakfast included, though that didn't amount to much. The only glitch...

Arrived at the hotel and was greeted by the receptionist and porter upon arrival and taken straight to our room. My wife and I was told we was in the romantic room but there was nothing romantic about it, although we did have a full length mirror on the ceiling. This we found was rather hilarious as once laid down...

This hotel is walk distance to Vatican, and metro (subway). Is affordable, clean... just find. Do not expect big things, but everything if looking for location, price and cleaness. The breakfast is served in a Cafe, a cross the street, also the front desk. BE AWARE there is an almost same name street a few blocks away. Double check adress....

The room was not to bad but the bathroom was something else. It was relatively clean but the bathroom smelled like something died in there or like fish was left there for several days. I bought some room deo so it did got better. The proximity to Vatican city was great as we got to enjoy it each night.

we booked two rooms in July,2015 and first thing i remember is the fridge. During the hottest days of Rome the fridge was not working properly. The room was quite small but clean. Also the shower was the smallest shower i have ever been, it was really uncomfortable. The hotel is a floor rented in an apartment, its reception is...

After many visits, we just love this small hotel! The rooms are unique and the hotel works with you to find just the right space. It is located in a great neighborhood and is about a five minute walk to the Vatican. Lots of food choices and shopping in the local vicinity. The hotels cafe/bistro is lovely and breakfast is...

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The first thing that stands out is its layout. the reception is a small place next to the restaurant, and the rooms are scattered in at least two different buildings nearby. When we rang the bell at the address we had on the reservation email we were led to the reception and after...

We arrive at the hotel at about 12 PM, went to the address pointed in the booking paper and they sent us to a cafe/restaurant across the stress to look for the reception. This was the first sign that something was wrong. The check-in wasn't available until 2 PM, so we took a walk around the Vatican. When we returned,...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

“If you are concern about the time, they offer transportation service or car for hire i may say to save time from running around catching public transportation to visit the tourist spots. Just let the driver know where you want to go. Per hour rate is very affordable and rest assure that you'll be able to visit much more places without wasting your time.”
