The cleaning of the room doesn’t get done until 4-5pm every day. We stayed 4 nights. So when you have been out all day and want to come home your room either isn’t clean or the staff are still inside cleaning it.

Friendly, helpful staff and funky decor. Breakfast was reasonable value for money. Great location beside Statzione Ostiense, 5 mins walk from Metro Pyramide, about 15 mins brisk walk to Colosseum & Circus Maximus.

yes we have a patio/garden in our restaurant. The metro stop Pramide it's about 300 mt (5 minutes walking). The bus stop it's 50 mt .

Pretty easy: Take the local train (NOT the Leonardo Express to Termini) and get off at Ostiense. It's about 2 blocks due west. I cannot remember the exact road names, but that should be easily discoverable.
