We booked this hotel based on Rick Steves recommendation, the price, and the location. We found the hotel staff to be super helpful, friendly, and courteous. The rooms were clean and a very nice breakfast each morning. We highly recommend.
This hotel is in a terrific location in Rome close to train station and public transportation
The staff could not be more helpful in providing information on how to get around and the easiest ways to get to your destination

Arriving late, and tired, we were relieved to be warmly welcomed and escorted to our comfortable room. The next morning, walking to the breakfast room, we enjoyed the morning light, shedding a lovely glow on the open patio and surrounding buildings.

The staff really make this hotel - so friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. We booked based on Rick Steves' recommendation, and were not let down. Good location - and the added bonus of an operatic concert one evening, echoing up from...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

We serve breakfast from 7:45 to 10:00 a.m.
Anyway, if our clients will advice us on the evening before, we will prepare something earlier than opening time to eat in the room.
We normally do this.
