Great unique hotel in good location. Many Rome sites within walking distance and parks close by. Great facilities but computer in room slightly outdated and could be improved. Lovely setting also. Good in room breakfast served to set you for a day sight seeing. Have recommended to others since visiting & would visit again when next in Rome. Small but...

It's a lovely, modern boutique that we couldn't fault. Breakfast in bed, we had our own set of keys and the wifi was brilliant. However, when we booked online it didn't say that we had to pay €3.50 per day for city rate. Just beware of it because you will pay in CASH when booking out. We have been places...

When you first arrive at the Hotels location you may be confused as you'll see a door which which looks like the entrance to an apartment block. Just go up to the first floor and you'll find the entrance for Residenza. The guys working on the reception will give you your own set of keys to the building and the...

Great little hotel in perfect location...walking distance to all of Romes main sights. Continental breakfast delivered to you room every morning, limited choice but enough to get you started for the day - cereal, toast and croissants with tea/coffee and juice. Rooms were clean and hotel staff were great...Daniele in particular was really helpful and friendly. Only downside to this...

We had a fantastic stay at Residenza A in June 2015 for 6 nights! The 3 Concierge, Francesco, Fabrizio & Daniele went out of their way to help us with every aspect of our trip - from how/where to get a taxi, purchasing tickets to the Borghese, to obtaining our train tickets, and providing names to local restaurants.

I've thoroughly researched the "subject" of hotels in Rome, since we are on a budget, but at our advanced age, want also to enjoy the comforts of a clean accommodation, close to everything, and of course -- for a reasonable price, even in the Eternal City. Residenza A was exactly what we were looking for. We were worried a bit...

From the moment we arrived (very late after delayed flight) we were made to feel welcome by Daniele. We greatly appreciated him staying up to check us in! I loved the concealed street entrance and it made such a difference to staying in big commercial hotels. Room had everything we needed - breakfast served to the room was fab -...

It's always a pleasure to read about our guests' experience in our house; helpful for us to improve and for future guests to know better what we offer to them. Thank you very much for your nice words! Delayed flights are always an issue. Knowing that, it was no bother to wait until late so that you could feel immediately...

A very small hotel in a great location and very friendly staff. Breakfast in bed is also a nice touch. These being said, I had some challenges with the air-conditioning as well as the noise from the corridor in the morning. Maybe not my choice for future business-travel, but could consider for a romantic getaway.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
