While the hotel itself is alright—beds reasonably comfortable, breakfast fine, bathrooms clean, good location—we encountered unbelievably rude front desk staff. There was a dime-sized sharp piece of glass between our fitted sheet and the mattress. When we told the front desk attendant, he shrugged his shoulders and said something about it being both his first day and not his problem....

This was a great Inn. Francesco, Danielg were wonderful and welcoming. The room was small, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom very nice. Overall it was very clean. You have to go up one flight of stairs to get to the lift, which may be a problem for those with problems walking. This Inn added to the ambiance of...

My fiancé and I booked this hotel 2 months in advance before we arrived in Rome. We got to our hotel, which was hard to find but thats not their fault, and were extremely excited after reading all the reviews. Come to our surprise a man, can't remember his name but i it started with an F-so we shall call...

The best thing about the Fellini B&B is the location. It's a five minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, ten minutes to the Pantheon, fifteen minutes to the Colosseum, and, in case you don't want to walk much, three minutes to the nearest metro stop. The hotel itself is fairly mediocre. We had some issues checking in when they wanted...

We spent five nights at Fellini B&B in September/October 2008 (4 nights, 1 night). We found the location superb, minutes from the Trevi fountain and a host of other attractions, including The Spanish Steps, The Forum etc, not to mention the restaurants and bars. We found the staff to be very helpful, particularly Francesco, who provided information about the area...

This is a great place to stay while in Rome. It is in the center of the city and close to all the metro, and attractions in Rome. Everything is within walking distance. The farthest being the Vatican just over a mile. Trevi Fountain is two blocks away. The staff treat you like family and give you great information to...

Our staying in Fellini was Great! The position is good (3 min walk to Trevi Fountain) and the staff is really kind! They gave us precious hints about the city, museums and directions. The rooms are clean and weel equipped. The only negative thing is the traffic noise in the street and the breakfast selection is essential.

Maybe this place would be okay if we were actually allowed to stay there. Apparenly booking 4 months ahead is not good enough for regular paying customers. Instead, we were lied too, then kicked out and sent to an absolute hole of a hotel while wasting an entire day in the process. I am told they do this a lot,...

Myself and my partner arrived in Rome late on our first night ( we were staying for three nights) and were picked up by the taxi organised by the Fellini Inn. Arriving so late, our check in was quick and easy with a most helpful and polite receptionist. In fact, all of the staff throughout our stay were some of...

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
